Visited with my elderly aunt today. Laura was very, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Dealt with our queries very efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Visited the Kettering branch today and Laura was a great help in guiding us through what we wanted to carry out. Will be staying with MHBS as long as they continue to provide such high level local branch services.

A great building society. They answer the phone quickly and the staff are patient, helpful, knowledgable and friendly.

I wanted to check my account online but had forgotten my security details so phoned the helpline and spoke to Alicia. She was very helpful and patient, I am not the most competent online but was talked through the process in a very calm manner, not rushing me and ensuring I was happy every step of the way.
The call was answered after a short time and there was the offer of call back, which I didn't use, but is convenient to some

Wow! Not only do they have a great interest rate on offer but they have terrific customer service. I called the number and spoke to an actual person- she was extremely helpful and polite. Their website is easy enough to use but being unsure about online things, I called them again….same old fashioned customer service. I’m so impressed and glad I went with MHBS!

Spoke to Alicia who was very polite, helpful and efficient. Sorted resetting of details while on the phone, and was extremely patient with my not so efficient input.

Went into the Desborough branch today to pay in some money and was served by Jay. She was very friendly & helpful & suggested the new Regular Saver for me to look at as a good acct.

Very, very good customer service, with response times often just a few minutes. Very competitive rates along with outstanding customer service, especially from Alicia make this a notable financial establishment. Recommended.

The lady I was talking to on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. Even when she couldn't get the result she was trying for, she remained upbeat and positive and organised a work around. A very positive experience.

Was so made up that you were able to change my fixed rate bond as was convinced that I’d taken out monthly interest payments no yearly and after having a triple bypass am using the income to live on, you teams both at home working and at office have been really helpful thank you , am still confusssed on interest as nothing has appeared yet in my nominated bank account but know itl be sorted soon thanks and keep up good work

Easy to apply abit longer than normal for approval

having a problem with logging in on line. called in at the branch having not having any success over the phone. the staff were extremely helpful and patient and solved the problem.

My wife and I visited the Kettering branch this morning to make some changes to our savings accounts. We were seen straight away by Laura who quickly understood what we wanted to do. She was very friendly and efficient and made the changes we asked for. Overall excellent service.
