No delivery, no support response, 150 dollars gone, aware this scam

They sent one order and then used my card again without authorisation. Stay away. No way to cancel order as they claim.

I am still waiting to receive Methylyne blue
Ordered early June,nearly August
Emailed numerous times always same response about being overloaded with orders and stock is still coming
Now I need to lodge a complaint with my bank.

I am updating
After nearly 3 months I have finally received my product this evening.
Have yet to try
Postage was too slow.

Response to this companies reaction to my review...
I admit, it could have been a coincidence that their website was down at the time I was doing my due diligence, which in that case I apologize for the "fake company" comment. There are many fake companies out there and we can't be too careful. But there are many fake reviews as well; Even good reviews can be bought but trustpilot seems to be doing a good job of vetting reviews. Good luck to this company but this consumer will be shopping elsewhere based on my experience with their website and now the accusation and unprofessional reaction to my comment.

I was about to purchase this product based on the great reviews but when I went to their website they directed me to their sister website for lab results. Click on the sister website and it's not even a website. Fake company

The owner of this company is a complete liar. The claims they make on their website are absolutely fiction. It’s a small one man band.

It took one month of ridiculous excuses and delays to establish that Jonathan could not send over a certificate verifying the testing of their product.

In between that time, bold statements were made about how much internal and external testing was carried out.

And a plethora of additional lies given. Promises that certificates had been emailed over and it was an email fault it had not come through. Exaggerations of how busy he was to not be able to send it.

He even went as low as claiming he could not send it because his daughter was very ill.

Eventually he sent me a fake certificate.

This man is a total fraudster. I’ve reported him to the few bodies that might cover this type of fraudulent sales tactics.

DO NOT BUY Methlyn Blue from this person for human consumption.

UPDATE FOLLOWING TRUST PILOT RESPONSE

This response further highlights the ridiculous lies that John, the owner of this business, is willing to go to.

I do not own a methlyn blue start up, I own a gut health company. I am not a competitor in any way.

I sent no threats or aggressive messages. John is not in contact with his lawyer.

I am first and foremost a consumer. As I sell services to people in this space and because I understand the supplement industry infinitely more than the average layman - I knew to check for validity in the claims any company is making over methlyn blue.

This company claims that they make their own methlyn blue - showing a certificate of analysis offers no risks to competitors, it’s simply just an independent lab that tests the product.

What I received was not a real COA.

It’s so important to only consume methlyn blue that is tested for heavy metals and other impurities. Only buy from a trusted resource and do your homework - it’s not a regulated industry and crooks like John take advantage of that.

Company will not provide test results for solution after asking multiple times for provide it. Mentioned they have 0% heavy metals detected and no formaldehyde and that they would be able to show this, but when asked they ignore the messages, though when I email about something else I get a response almost within an hour.
