The computer is fine on the whole, customer service poor
The computer is fine on the whole, though I wouldn’t buy from Mesh computers again. When it originally arrived, they had forgotten to include the keyboard and mouse, which required an email to get that sorted out. When I started the computer, I wondered why it was taking so long to load programs - they had installed windows on the hard disk, instead of the SSD. After a number of unanswered emails and phone messages to ‘customer support’ I decided to contact sales and see what they were going to do to fix their error. Inhad to return the computer to them. Whilst the return procedure was straightforward, there was no acknowledgment from them as to whether it had been received, and after nearly a week, no response as to whether it had been fixed. One starchy email later (from me) and I finally got a message saying it was ready to be sent out.
I have bought from Mesh many times before, and the computers were faultless, but this fiasco has led m3 to conclude that their support and quality control is poor. I expected more from them as a loyal customer. I guess they don’t really care that much anymore, so I’ll go elsewhere in future.

I have being with Mesh computers since the 90's. Although it has only been 3 or 4 that I have bought. I have never had an issue, even though it became taken over by a new company.

Mesh did what they said they would do…
Mesh did what they said they would do (upgrade my computer to be able to run Windows 11) and the computer is now so much faster. I cannot score them 5 as their timeliness and communication were not great, but technically they have been top notch.

This is the 4th PC I have bought from Mesh
This is the 4th PC I have bought from Mesh (1 desktop and three laptops) and each time the service has been very good, easy to order, prompt despatch and delivery as promised on ordering.
Delivery is set up to only hand over parcel, no leaving behind a bush / bin / on the doorstep. If your not in then the driver takes the parcel back.
Each one has worked straight out of the box (having loaded MS office) and I am up and running within the hour.
Great service.

Bought 2 No Asus Laptops in April.
I bought 2 No. Asus Vivobook OLED X1505Z i5 15.6 1TB, Laptops in April. One is fine but the second seems plagued with faults. Sometimes very slow, constantly loses the cursor, will not always accept the Windows Updates and has a default "Pause Updates for 1 Week, which I have tried to rectify these in Settings only to find the faults re-appear. Have had an Asus before and found the quality and build were top class but not one of these. I will have to contact Mesh to send it back and get the faults corrected. I don't know if I was sent a defective one because I am not from the UK, but nearby, being from the Isle of Man.

Excellent at rectifying mistakes!
When the computer I ordered was delivered I discovered it had the wrong specifications. However, Mesh sorted things out very quickly so that I had everything fixed in a week. Sometimes things go wrong, but the sign of a good company is when they put things right quickly and without any fuss. Thanks Mesh.

A quality product
The computer comes with top quality conponants and good build quality on par with branded products with no compromise and a lot less money, I was able to change a couple of the conponants for higher spec, the ordering and payment was easy and a quick delivery all on time, I have only had it for two weeks but very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Mesh computers
