😂 😂😂 had to laugh at this back street garage as he tried to charge me £150 just to change a set of front brake pads not supply an fit only fit as I had my own genuine ones I ask him on the phone is that a joke so hung up I had to phone him back just check I heard it right and what is labour is per hour as that was scandalist
*** so pls shop round before using this garage as he charges more than the main dealers

The service received from this garage has been absolutely appalling.

They had our van for weeks. I was told multiple times that things were happening when they were not. We have been delayed day after day!

I asked multiple times IS IT FINE TO DRIVE as the whole purpose of us putting our van in there was to ensure we could drive it off!! Our ONE instruction was. Hi, please can you make sure that our van is safe and can drive. They managed to do NEITHER??

We were NEVER told to get an MOT and they didn’t even at any point try and drive it to see if it was actually safe. We said over and over again that we just wanted to know that it drives properly. We didn’t care about anything else! So we’ve been messed around, given wrong dates and times and strung along all to pay £600 + for NOTHING and then get a van back that can’t go in to fourth gear or reverse. They also accused us of having not paid an invoice which had been paid.

The worst part about this is the fact they did not even attempt to apologise at any point. The horrendous/ unprofessional attitude of the girl on the desk was just disgusting. I can only imagine she was a family member because no one else would have the audacity to speak in such a manner at their place of work. She even said to us 'haha good luck driving this away in this when it doesn't even go in to fourth gear' AS IF SHE WAS PROUD that they hadn't manage to do what was asked of them and FIX the van?? We ended up in an argument due to her attitude. They even asked us why we bought it, like it's their business?

As far as I am aware the MOT & Service on my car were carried out professionally. I just have a few querks, the overall cost was greater than expected, a full breakdown invoice of the costs would be helpful. Their friendly receptionist did call to inform me of additional works required to complete the service and asked my consent for these to be carried out, this would now result in my car not being ready until the next day. The driver's floormat although it was covered with a paper protector was still covered in black streaks. The driver that collected and returned my car was friendly and polite.

Fantastic company. I booked a pick up and return MOT online.They rang and confirmed the date and turned up nice and early on the day. Returning my car before I finished work. Perfect :). I would give them more gold stars if I could.

Tried to charge me over £900 to supply and fit a part. Got the same job done in a different garage for £80. Stay away.

I booked the car in through servicing stop (never again)they told me mersey garage had said their was a heavy black sludge build up and said the engine needed flushing so i paid £138.00 and agreed to have it done for a Range Rover Sport D..id just paid the bill and then a knock on door and theres my car back with a lovely bloke from Mersey Garage..when i asked why it was here as id just paid for a flush on the phone minutes ago and hadnt been done yet.. the bloke said that no flush had been done..not mersey garages fault i know so i phoned the garage and they didnt have a clue what work had been done( i think at best an oil change - nothing else..or no work at all..then i spoke to another bloke who said - and get this...lol he said the engine flush could be done without removing the oil?????? Oh my god...take your car anywhere but here, they dont do squat with your car apart from cover up for servicing stop ripping you off for them..

Cannot fault Mersey Garages. Booked directly with them this year having had my service and MOT booked through another provider on previous years. My car was collected and returned to me fully serviced with an MOT. I was contacted throughout the day and was really happy with the service and the cost and I even received NHS discount

Supposed to be Mercedes specialists, didn't have a clue . Just did old Ford taxis and scrap engines lying around. If you have a prestige car, go elsewhere

This is the third consecutive year I have used Mersey Garages and, as always, they have been fantastic. They collected the car as promised and called me to let me know the work that was needed. This was a considered assessment of the work required and was extremely competitively priced. All of their staff are friendly and professional and I would happily recommend them to anybody.

They picked car up from my work place for MOT it failed they dropped it back off. they had it in again a few days later to do repairs told me it would be so much.., a few hours later I got a call to say I could pick my car up and that on closer inspection my car didn’t need a new Calaba (however ya spell it ) and that it just needed cleaning and that it wasn’t going to cost me as much as I was told in the first place so I’m happy with that!! Would recommend this garage xx thankyou!! Xx

My brake warning light was coming on, indicating to my mind, that the fluid level for brake and clutch fluid was low. Mersey Garages, Liverpool, picked up my vehicle from my house in Birkenhead at 7.30 am put it on the ramps and checked it over. Fluid levels were good - there were no leaks. I was advised that sometimes the light can come on when the battery is low. The car was returned with no charge to me (no pun intended) and I was advised that if I encountered the problem again or was concerned to take a photo and they'd have another look. From the cheery scouse voice of the young lady receptionist, to phone chats with the boss and every contact with the guys who picked the car up and returned it, I would happily recommend Mersey Garages.

booked in for a service and MOT, scheduled to be picked up between 8-11, waited till 11:30 and then phoned. Was told they would pick it up the day after. Finally picked it up, they phoned to say it had failed and it would cost 140 to change the back breaks. when I enquired they said the service was done.
I refused to get the work done and was told to come pick it up. I do not even know where it is and am in work. Anyway the discussion got quite heated and I blurted out k no b he ads. Was then told they were refusing to do the work and they dropped it off. despite telling me they were unable to drive it cos the breaks failed. when they arrived I asked what work had been done and only the MOT had been done. they had already told me the service was done. I refused to pay as I do not pay for bad service.

No stars really, if I could.
They refilled my air con gas system before they checked it. It didn't work for a second when I collected it. I returned within minutes and complained.
My system needs a full repair they tell me.
They took my money and offered no refund.
A bit crooked if you ask me.
Avoid this place.
