Purchased a phone in July 2014, and the phone had a fault with switching off randomly. Spoke to customer service member and he helped me through the process of getting fixed. All happy now with phone. Would definitely buy again from them.

I requested a cylinders headset, arrived a couple of days after the fact in immaculate condition. No issue by any stretch of the imagination.

I ordered a phone. After 5-6 days, I received a DHL tracking number, which was not working. I wrote to them, what is it? This indicated that an error was made in the machine is not in stock. They offered me to order anything else, I do not ask. Then they promised to refer back within 5-7 days of the order amount. Two weeks later it was done. I made a complaint at PayPal, then arrived at the reference without a word.

Seriously, it doesn't get any better.

Bought a Redmi 2 enhanced here. Phone is great (and genuine!). They delivered it with a eu adapter and multilanguage rom (as a result package was clearly opened, but well packaged again) Works like a charm but has some bloatware, so I decided to flash another rom. Technical support was happy to help with that.

I am truly fulfilled by how the techhelp occupied with my issues with my telephone. I would say that one would not show signs of improvement custome rservice on the off chance that I would have purchased a telephone in my nation of origin.

Ordered phone number 3 and 4 for my wife and i this week and will happily be.back next year to buy phone 5 and 6 from Merimobile.Always find the staff on particular Dirk and CJ to be very helpful, proffessional and will contact you back as soon as they can when they say they will. We use DHL delivery and phones arrive 4-5 days after merimobiles proccessing time of 2-5 days.If theres a small delay they apologise and compensate with a free case or the such. The live chat service on their.website is fantastic active about 16-18 hours per day from what i gather. I 100% happily recommend Merimobiles.com

First: I contacted customer support, a day or two later I was asked to contact tech support
Then: I contacted tech support, a day or two later I was asked to describe "It doesn't work."
Last: A day or two later I received instructions to mail the light back to China at my risk.
Mailing it back to China in the same container I received it costs $18.

HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?

I will never buy from Merimobils again.

I bought a cell phone at merimobiles.com nine months ago. The phone started to encounter some problems due to the phone company's system update. I contacted Merimobiles. Ace from TechHelp was very helpful, offering me various suggestions to solve the problem. After these suggestions seemingly didn't work, he told me that I could send the phone back to his company for repair, and he started the process of returning the phone. Luckily, I tried one of his suggestions one last time, and the system was successfully updated. The phone is working very well now, and I did not have to return the phone, but I really appreciate the help that Ace was able to give me. The problem was not with merimobile.com to begin with. It was the problem of the phone company. However, merimobiles.com still worked very hard to help me solve my problem. I would certainly buy from merimobiles.com again if I need another phone in the future, especially since it offers such good deals on very good phones. The technical help the company was able to offer in such a timely and helpful manner sweetens the deal even further.

Recently i purchased a zopo zp 999 from the store Merimobiles.com
Some day i realize that the second slot for sim 2 did not work.
I've sent me problem to the tech dpt and after a few days they find me a solution , giving me easy instructions , how to fix it.
Everything is working fine now with the good support of the tech team at Merimobiles.com.

I ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note from Merimobiles. It arrived about a month after I ordered it, but it's reasonable considering there was 2 week chinese new year holiday, and I didn't choose expedited shipping. I was able to track my package using singapore post web site. All in all excellent service, and thanks to Merimobiles, I got a great Xiaomi phone to use on Tmobile network. I am very pleased with service from Merimobiles.

okay order placed on 22nd February 2015, it stated Chinese new year so will start shipping again 25th February........err nope its now the 12th March and still not shipped. I have been told every day its being shipped tomorrow for over 2 weeks. its marked as shipped (very clever as you cant ask for a refund when it says this!) but then after 19 days they tell me I have to pay extra $4.99 for insurance or they wont send.....they tell me its shipped but stuck at customs. They say pay and they will continue the shipping and send it tomorrow, so I pay the extra as I need the phone....guess what the following day, and the day after that they tell me still not sent. So again they ask me to wait longer if that's ok? of course what's 3 weeks to dispatch among friends! I email PayPal and wow immediately my order goes from shipped to manual verification needed. shame they cant just ship it eh! They say if the delay is their fault they will compensate....non offered. Eventually weeks later a refund, waste of my precious time.

I ordered some technologic equipment by means of Merimobiles e-commerce website.
The package was shipped but never arrived at destination: instead it returned to sender, due to mail delivery problems (it can happen sometimes).
The bad thing is that the customer care made me fake promises for two months, but no package was ever re-shipped.
After three months I consider my money gone by now, and I suggest to avoid buying from Merimobiles simply because if something goes wrong with the delivery, than the customer service does not help you at all, and most probably you will lose your money.

I had issues with my device and sent it to manufacturer for repair. Still i could not connect to wifi and internet. The lads at merimobiles (ace) had been most helpful, answering to all my emails promptly and to the point, helping me reach a solution to the problem.

Merimobiles is a fantastic site. great delivery time and great service. I had cracked the screen on my phone after only a few weeks receiving it, I was provided with great service and my screen was repaired. Shipped back to Mermobiles office from Ireland to China and received the phone back in great condition. The techhelp has impressed me a lot.
