Absolutely unprofessional company in every way. Meridian no support is categorically the worse company I have ever dealt with. They had a meeting with me and called me Thomas, not my name. They lied to me and customers and there ethnics are disgusting. Do not even think about dealing with these atrocious people in anyway.

Had a call from a representative who advised that she had seen my CV online and had the perfect role for me, she continued to spend an hour telling me all about her personal life, her family problems, slated other potential candidates that she has to 'waste her time with' etc - information that should not be divulged a perfect stranger on a call, she gave me a few snippets of information on the potential role and answered a couple of questions when I could get a word in. She advised me that she would email me over the information and jo description that afternoon - I received nothing. I chased her the next morning for the information and she advised that she had been dealing with candidates who are time wasters.
She said that she would send it over straight away, I got nothing. I chased her again and she did not respond.
Absolutely unprofessional, firstly she contacted me and then did not follow up - she talked about time wasters but that is exactly what she did. I am not sure that the company she was recruiting for would appreciate the way she works. And I am not sure that Meridian BS should be employing someone so unprofessional

I've received a date for my interview but the person emailed me that she can not reach me on my mobile. I have immediately sent my landline nr and have been waiting for another hour with no reply.
After a week I have emailed Meridian with the question what has happened with my application. Some other person got in touch with me and started interview over the phone. After 2 phone calls we arranged a clinical part so I took day off from my work to be able to attend interview. And again the same-no one called me. I have left message and dropped an email to my interviewer, who never replied.
Very disappointing and poor quality of service

Contacted by a representative and via email, agreed on a suitable time/date for us both to discuss an application. Never heard a thing...even chased up with another email to query as to why I was ignored....still nothing! What a poor and disorganised way to run a recruitment agency!

Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star it’s a shame I have to give 1 because they deserve nothing. Every single person who works for this company is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. They start of nice as pie and then the true colours start to show. They will lie through their teeth about what really has happened to save there backs and reputation, The company is shambles, by far the worst I have ever worked for because they are nothing but compulsive liars and bullies and they will leave a nasty taste in your mouth eventually they do not care to do anyone over, they don’t like you you will sure as hell know about it and after that it’s game over. Avoid the BRISTOL OFFICE at all costs. They lie they are sneaky they are unprofessional, and they are Two faced. Bristol office especially. Best of luck to them, they need it.

Meridian Business Support portrays itself as a caring, professional and efficient company. In my experience this company is none of the above. Meridian had badly let us down. We paid 92% of their invoice or thereabouts after signing timesheets in my absents based upon Meridian saying the work done was good and up-to standard. But when I got to site things were not right, I was unable to hold back the difference after Meridian had taken the matter to court. Meridian had caused major issues on the site. After taking the matter to court knowing the issues they caused, the court hands were bound due to Meridian terms and conditions which allowed them to do the work as requested, and it would seem that Meridian Business Support can and will get away with anything other than normal duties as expected on a day to day basis within the course of supply. The signing of a time sheet in good faith means nothing to Meridian. There Terms & Conditions allow for this. However, Meridian knew they did wrong. After a battle of emails, Meridian Offered a reduction but this reduction came nowhere near the sums required to meet our expectations. Meridian Business Support proceeded to court after removing the reduction. Meridian won in court based upon them walking off site and not keeping to their promises after agreeing to put right the wrong they caused, and to catch up on slow work. After Meridian Business Support not returning after providing bad workmanship, we were left with no choice but to bear costs to put the wrong right. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Read Meridian’s terms and conditions with a magnified glass before you engage. Read it carefully. They have now said (and knowing the wrong they caused) that they are going to enforce the judgement. I would steer clear of meridian business support for ever, a one sided set of terms and conditions is damaging without any redress against Meridian Business Support. Essentially Meridian is allowed to mess up, delay, and not return to work. It goes against total normal thinking logic, that they should be paid after the replacement of trades had put their work right. The London based Manager even perjured himself in court by saying our complaint was not with bricklayer, but was with a carpenter to whom I’m very friendly with. Of course it was the bricklayer and labourer causing issues which Meridian knew about and was confirmed in emails which were exhibited within witness statements. It’s my opinion that the Manager of Meridian Business Support London office acting as claimant in court should be in prison for lying under oath. Total perjury bare face liar.

Cruel staff that don't pay your wages properly. They are rude and sarcastic to your face and on the phone. Promise to take care of issues that come up but never do. There are much better agencies in Banbury .

If they pay you wrong they expect you to prove that you actually went to work that day, pretty hard when they failed to book you in on the system and never mind if it is their fault in the first place.

Anything wrong and they tell you there's nothing they can do and they blame it on hellofresh staff who of course will just direct you back to meridian and so on and so forth

Terrible agency. Treat workers like cattle but offer zero respect. Have no idea how to run a business, nobody on-site is accountable for anything or to anyone (Banbury). Make decisions willy-nilly. Usually have a group of teenagers running the show so of course the interpersonal and management skills are non-existent. Meridian don't follow their own in-house protocol let alone provide protections for workers. Only work here if you are desperate and need a stop-gap before your next job. Very gossipy and juvenile management style with no leadership to be seen. You'll be lucky if they pay you correctly each week (they won't).

Got a phone call from a recruiter, explained the job, said I meet all the criteria etc. and mentioned they would stay in touch to move to the next stage and will send more information by email.
Since then, nothing, still waiting even if I sent an email in the meantime. Would have been nice to be kept in the loop even if the job is no longer available. Poor work ethic.

Wife phoned and tried register 29th july as my workplace were setting on.. And to this day still not registered on there system even shes had junk email from them for various jobs.. Beware..and dont even answer messages either.. Just want send crap emails

Really happy with Meridian! All representatives from the agency are very helpful and do everything they can to ensure us as much shifts as possible. I have recommended to friends and family and will carry on!

I have very bad experience with them. I worked 2 days in Redditch at Toolstation. It was in June24 and 25.
Today is 16.9. and im still their employee. I found it out because I pay BR tax. I was wondering why im paying higher tax. I signed in to GOV website and I actually couldn't believe it. They didn't sent P45 or whatever they need to do. Its actually say Meridian is my current employer. I called agency and Maria wasn't really helpful. She said they sent HMRC my P45 but really they didn't.
She said i get that money back yes of course but thats not the point. Point is they didn't work properly!
I sent her email and she didnt even reply me. No communication. And ignorance. Terrible terrible terrible!
