Merchant 1 is great to work with. I attribute the great service and reliability to our rep, Calvin Jacobs, who has always been fast to resolve any problem we had or answer any question. When we've had odd, unexpected circumstances complicate our work, he has stepped in to help solve.

From the first time Calvin reached out, the process was very smooth. The pricing was very good and the entire team was great to work with to get me set up and processing immediately. All the team was friendly and most of all, very efficient. Every step that they laid out happened exactly when and how it was described.

Any time we have issues he is always quick to respond or have a tech call our various offices to resolve technical issues. With the nationwide outage from Interact on April 29th, Calvin has been very helpful with resolving our client's duplicate charges. I am very pleased with our service.

Fantastic service and rates, we recently switched to Merchant 1 and are glad we did.Their service is absolutely great and the rates are much lower than we were paying before. The switch was easy and seamless . We highly recommend them . Calvin and his team are tops!!

My experience dealing with merchant 1 has always been very good. I normally deal with Calvin as I do a lot of the office stuff of ordering terminals, changing bank accounts, setting up new businesses, ect. I have called the help line a couple times and they have been great also.

We are happy customer of Merchant 1 from November 2020.
Since than we saved lots of money on processing customer credit cards payments. Our processing charges dropped by 1.7473% and monthly fixed charges went down from $110 to $39.98.

Customer service has always been helpful, quick and responsive. When I have had questions or needed something to be resolved, it was taken care of right away and done in an efficient manner.
