I purchased an order which was returned pretty soon after receiving and I still haven’t received a refund..this was over a year ago! I can’t even count how many emails/messages have been sent, most of which hasn’t been replied too. The last reply was for them asking to take my review down, even though I still haven’t received the refund. Not sure how that works
Very disappointing

I recently ordered 2 pairs of leggings it has now been 3 weeks and I still have not received them.I have sent emails,left messages on their Instagram and I am being ignored.After being a loyal customer for over 3 years I am so disappointed and won't be shopping with them anymore.Its such a shame that their shipping always lets them down.

Messaged these guys about some work clothes and within 48hours they were designed, made and packed up ready to ship, great quality workwear fir very little money. Will deffo be returning

I’ve ordered from Merakilo in the past and I have never had a problem until now. I bought quite a bit of gym wear. I ordered all my leggings in a size M and one has come in a size S. I fit into a size S but I prefer a M for comfort. The black Amenity leggings had been shipped to me with no size label on the inside so I can’t even send them back. I’ve put them next to a pair of M leggings and they are definitely a S.

Ordered some clothes for my business, quality was spot on and luke get them to me within a couple of days! Would highly recommend

Perfect for functional training. Extremely comfortable and flexible material! As a professional dancer it is essential I have active wear which will give me great elasticity without becoming see through. Since wearing Merakilo I haven’t desired to buy from anywhere else as the brand provides for all my needs.

High quality, light weight and durable gym wear, I have been working in the fitness industry over 8 years now and had my fair share of gym clothing not once have I had clothing as good as Merakilo. Always brining out new ranges keeping up with the latest trends. This brand is always one I recommend to my clients.

Quality of the items are as good as Gymshark and delivery was excellent and really quick. I needed to exchange and the customer service is also responsive and excellent.

Always the best customer service! Their clothes fit perfectly and are all squat proof! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Took over 3 months to arrive, when it did it was the wrong item. Kept trying to contact them on Instagram where they’d read my messages and not get back to me for weeks. Eventually they said I could keep the leggings and on my next order get a free pair or get a refund. To avoid hassle I chose the first option but then they never got back to me!!! Totally fobbed me off! Honestly not worth the hassle, quality not worth the money. Use ryderwear instead, they’re amazing!

Horrible shopping experience.
I purchased 3 leggings from Merakilo October 2020. They sent me 1 wrong pair of leggins and told me I should return it and they would pay the sending costs at send me the leggings I was missing. It is now 6 months since I made my order, and I have not received the leggings, nor have I received the money that I payed to sent the wrong leggings back to them. Merakilo is not answering my emails or messages on Instagram even though they promise to answer within 72 hours. I cannot believe that they treat their customers like this. Merakilo has stolen my money

Loved the items I received but one item was out of stock and I was told it would be sent separately. No communication at all since. All dms, tweets and emails ignored.

Horrendous company. Ordered 3 items. 2 of which were faulty and also not what I'd ordered. I've been trying to get a refund for 2 months now and they have ignored all forms of contact.

Absolutely love this brand, so comfy and fits perfectly. 100% would recommend!

Everything I order from them is always great quality and arrives quickly.

Ordered just after Christmas, there was a slight delay in receiving my products but it was Christmas after all! Brilliant quality as always and customer service were brilliant when I chased them wondering where my order was!
