I ordered two products- one was good and one was extremely poor quality. It was a mug and the photo looked very bad unfortunately due to how it had been made. I tried to email them to discuss and all the emails kept bouncing back- poor customer service.

The gift for my boyfriend just arrived.

I opened it from the amazon package they put them in and then there was a generic Meowie wrap, which I thought surely that isn't the gift wrap I paid £6 for? I didn't open it further as I thought best not to risk it. I even wrote a message for my boyfriend in the box field when I ordered the present.

Guess what? Was not there. Inside the generic gift wrap was a mangled dirty white box and inside the white box was the 'gift' wrapped in some plastic.

I love the product but the £6 gift wrap is a SCAM. ALSO THEIR EMAIL HAS BLOCKED MY EMAIL AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO MY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS FOR 3 DAYS NOW. FIX YOURSELF!!!!!!!
