I had a consultation with one of the specialised nurses which was overall good. However, I was hoping to get more of a lift through words of encouragement and a bit of emotional support which was not really there for me. I think the consultation was very ‘matter of fact’ and mainly aimed at gathering information which of course is what I needed to get the right prescription. Still, the appointment was 45 minutes and for that amount of money I would have liked to have an hour which would have allowed for a less medical like exchange. By the time women reach out to these clinics they are often in a very vulnerable place and it’s important that the consultation looks at the emotional side of things as well ( even though i am well aware that it’s not a therapy session).
I also ordered some supplements after the consultation and I was happy with the swift delivery.

I decided to take the Clarity supplement along with HRT to ease my menopausal symptoms that I didn't feel the HRT had improved enough for me.
My brain fog is very much improved and sleep, although not perfect, is a lot better than it was.
I've been taking Clarity for a full month now and note that it's possible that it could help even more as time goes by.
It's definitely helped me in conjunction with the HRT and mentally I feel healthier too.

I ordered the incorrect supplements, contacted the team when I realised and received confirmation that my order was intercepted and a refund was in its way.

Wasn’t really sure if I could be helped, a very thorough appointment, that made me feel so much better. Been on HRT for a month and noticing small changes in my mood. Hazel has been amazing and have recommended to all my friends who feel 7 minutes is not enough time with the GP. I feel at any point I can make contact. Attending Bristol Menopause clinic was a breath of fresh air, I finally felt heard and understood when discussing my symptoms. The experience has been positively life changing. I wanted to give a honest review, having now taken the supplement for 6 weeks. I feel my mood is improving and anxiety is lessened. Also hot 🥵 flushes seem to have lessened as well. I do have some mental health issues, but I can honestly say, I feel these supplements are helping. As the menopause has made me feel a lot of discomfort and distress, I take no other medication and I am feeling better in my self and mind 💜
