I had a screen replaced on my iphone by a local shop, eho damaged a tiny component inside, and refused to repair it.

I was worried id be forced to throw phone away, but a friend recomended Mendmyi and they were very helpful and fixed the probelm in a week,

Fixed our iphone in no-time - Looked good as new when it returned to us.

Mendmyi were brilliant. I actually thought when I cracked my screen that it was unfixable. Dan was great and fixed it quickly, keeping me updated with everything I was doing.

I also thought the headphone jack was broken. He informed that it actually just had a bit of fluff in it. He cleaned it out and refunded me the price I had paid to get in cleaned.

Great service, and will definitely use them again when the next accident happens.

My phone was insured with cover cloud, let them know I had accidently smashed the screen they were very friendly and helpful immediately after a few checks etc. Sent out a label for postage to mendmyi they have been pretty good in dealing with the repair. My phone came back faultless good as new not a scratch on it.

Very fast and efficient with good communication and about 35% cheaper than Apple repair.

I was worried sending off my phone for repair. Will i be ripped off? Rest assured. i thought i was sending my phone off for an expensive repair. I was emailed to let me know it arrived safely. After a day i was emailed that it may only need a new battery ( half the price of the repair I'd been quoted) after a further check i was told definitely just needed a new battery. I paid and within 2 days had my phone back.
Every step of the way i was kept informed. (Including the hour window i would receive my phone) They could easily have tricked me into paying for the dearer repair. I am grateful and pleased with the service.

I've sent them five (maybe more?) iPhones over the years (my wife is in charge of repairing her company's ones - she outsources to me and I outsource to mendmyi!) and have been really pleased with the service I have received each time. Fast, immensely professional and very helpful. Totally recommended.

My daughter was distraight after dropping her iPhone and breaking the screen, and I then found mendmyi after a quick google. The reviews on Trustpilot seemed good, so I decided to give mendmyi a go. I'm happy to report that mendmyi lived up to the promise of those reviews and the iPhone was collected from my house, repaired and returned fully working within one week from being dropped and broken, much to the delight of my daughter! Communication from mendmyi was excellent throughout. I fully recommend them.

I scouted around for the best company for my water damaged (completely unresponsive) Iphone 6 and mendmyi had by far the best online reviews.
I rang them and they were super helpful - they have a service in my area so someone came to pick my phone up that day for testing. The assured me that if they couldn't fully fix my phone I wouldn't be charged at all.
After diagnostics and cleaning, a part of the motherboard needed replacing. They told me this could take up to 10 working days. 7 working days later Chris rang me, told me the repairs had been completed, and ran another full diagnostics to make sure all was working. This was Tuesday afternoon, after 4pm, and my phone was delivered back to my house Wednesday at 2pm (they even rang to make sure someone would be in to receive the phone.)
I have my phone back and it's working perfectly, like I never idiotically dropped it in the sink at all :)

Completely faultless service - a lovely and helpful team with excellent communication, and very speedy work. I recommend them fully and would definitely use them in the future.

The guys are helpful and know their stuff. Fast service just caps it off. Highly recommend.
