Mattress looks good and delivered on time.

Mattress is great and exactly as described on website. Delivery was very fast and Mattress was well packaged.
Only issue was Mattress smell as it took 2 weeks of airing it for it to dissipate.

The mattress was good quality. Sleeping well. The only problem I found was that it had a peculiar smell at first. This dissipated after a couple of weeks.

Easy website to navigate, delivery was quicker than expected and the quality of mattress for the price is amazing! Absolutely brilliant value and service.

I neededa new mattressand it was delivered on the second workind day after the order was placed.
The mattressitself has greatly helped reduce my back pain.

Product arrived in good condition and on time. Really pleased with the night's sleep I'm getting. The only reason I haven't given it a 5 star rating is that I wasn't notified when it was arriving as promised. I'm retired and was in so it didn't make too much difference.

From purchase to delivery was a few days and the mattress is quality.

I ordered a standard double mattress and 2 bespoke mattresses.
The customer service over the phone was excellent, calls were followed up.
The mattresses arrive in a matter of days and are excellent.
I will be ordering 2 more bespoke mattresses in the next few days.

Think l need a thicker mattress as the one l bought is 15cm and l had a 25cm thickness.
Still good value for the money but doesn’t quite suit me.

Mattress delivered within the advised times 😊 was well packed and well protected. This was a good job as the company that delivered it dumped it round the side of our house with no notification that it was being delivered or that it had been delivered. It was only when I went to my rubbish bin that I found it!!
Once unpacked we left for a good 12 hours before putting it on our bed.
Now we love it, it's soooo comfortable our sleep has improved loads and waking up stiff and aching is a thing of the past!!
Would highly recommend this Mattress if you have lower back pain like me and neck pain like my partner. Another bonus is we can't feel it when either of us turn over 😊😀

I would highly recommend this mattress usually takes me weeks to get use to a new mattress but not this time slept like a baby first night super comfy thank you 😁

Easy website to navigate and explain the different mattress types. Have used them before so knew the quality is great and order arrived quickly. I already recommend this site to others.

Because of my deteriorating health, I had to have an NHS adjustable bed to be able to sleep at night. It was supplied with the usual bog standard NHS foam mattress (not the most comfortable!) so I looked around for a mattress which would be OK on the bed. I rang the company & a very helpful lady spent some time finding out which mattress would be suitable so I ordered it &was told that delivery would take 3 to 5 working days. The following day DPD arrived with a large heavy box which was the mattress! I put it on the spare bed for 24 hours, as instructed & when I put it on my bed, I could not believe how comfortable it was. I have now been sleeping on it for a couple of weeks & it is very comfortable in any position of the bed. Great service & great mattress.

When I told them the second mattresss in my order had been lost by the delivery company they INSTANTLY despatched another without charge. And were extremely nice about it.

This mattress is so comfortable and affordable.

Helpful lady who answered my phone enquiry. Quick delivery. The ultra firm mattress does not sag and is wonderful for my arthritic spine. I really enjoy the firmness of the mattress. (I do use a mattress topper to soften it slightly.)
