Having written my first review of Memory Bits I feel I must now change what I said. It appears the delay in acknowledging my request for a return label was due to a personnel issue resulting in a small backlog. I've since had a reply with a return label and two other emails from concerned managers. I now cannot fault their concern especially since I will be sent a replacement SD card immediately. I'm so impressed by their current response I feel I must upgrade my rating to 5 stars!

i cant rate memory bits high enough.. their brilliant.. from memory cards to flash usb drives to computer processors .. their prices are below the average market price and many bargains to be had... their postage is quick and efficient.. i buy all my tech from them and highly recomend them ... i wouldnt shop anywhere else . :)

When I bought headphones off of the site I was pleased with the speed of its shipment as well as the sound quality.

I had a bad experience with this company. I found that they took the payment and then placed the order in refunds. I emailed to ask about it and received a one sentence reply. It took 15 days and a few emails to get the money refunded back on to my credit card.

Since writing the initial review, I have been contacted by a representative of memorybits and they have explained what happened in detail. Which, if this had happened in the first instance then I wouldn't have written this review. Hopefully, the problem I had with this company will not happen to others and their replies to customers will be more detailed and helpful, whilst explaining the actual problem.

The right stuff, at the right prices, quickly- and they don't bombard you with excessive emails.

I have bought several item's from this site over the last few year's and have alway's found them a great value company , never any problem's with the good's or postage .

I have ordered on several occasions. The goods come very quickly and are good value and as described.

The bargains on offer are of great quality, and the variety is superb.

The prices are also its best feature and with free postage.

Bought various items over the last few months, good prices, quick delivery, very satisfied all round.

Cannot faullt the service the item arrived safely and very quickly.
A really great piece of kit and is very well made.

Don't order from this site!!!!They don't respect their customers and you wont get your order.
I ordered a memory card over a months ago and I am still waiting for delivery. They charged me for it but did not delivered it.
Try different sites if you want to get your order, this site is not honest. I contacted them, more than 10 times and no replay from them.
