I ordered stuff by mistake as was trying to convert dollars to pounds and they took money out I tried to cancel straight away and then refused

I purchased 2 liquid lips and one came with no applicator, a replacement was sent. 1 day later both of the tip applicators have come off in the bottle. Never got to use either color. That was $44 dollars WASTED! Horrible packaging. Won't ever buy again.

Melt is mine and my daughter's favorite brand. We've bought just about every single release they've had.Their matte shadow formula is the best in our opinion, we LOVE their sense of colorways, the lipstick colors are gorgeous, we've loved ALL of the 420 collections AND all of the other ones as well. We joke that we need to just give them access to draw from our account when releasing anything new because it is nearly automatic to keep a 100 plus in gift cards for them to purchase any surprises they drop on us. Their customer service is bar none. I use beautylish as a gold standard and Melt meets that standard in spades. I can't wait to see what these gals have in store for us! I am hoping for some cream shadow pots or sticks to rival CT, TF, MJ, LM and HG.

To me this company has the best customer service possible. I buy a lot of makeup , I buy a lot of things online and I never came across a team as helpful as Melt’s team. You have an issue with one of their products ? They will replace it ! You email them asking advice on how to make an old dried out lipstick creamy , they will offer you a replacement.
Their products are not always at 100% but their customer service makes it such that you can’t resent them for a particular product not working the best for you. I had issues with older lipstick being dried out , they replaced them and gave me an extra one for free. I had an issue with a product bought at Sephora that the store wouldn’t replace ,they sent me a new one. I live in Canada so I got a broken eyeshadow in a stack, they let keep them and replace them. There was a free lighter with purchase that couldn’t pass the border ..they resent me my package with a free lipstick , I didn’t like the smell , they gave me another color.
They are so helpful , everything is packaged very securely. Their team replies fast to email and they’re always so nice. If you package seems lost they don’t even tell you to wait they just resend it.
I would rate their products at 90/100 but it’s a question of taste. Their eyeshadows are extremely pigmented so it can be difficult to blend sometimes but if you don’t like it they will take it back or even offer to exchange it in case it’s a bad batch. I find their matte bulletproof lipstick a bit drying. They had some issues with shadows puffing out their pans and people thought it was mold but they had a good explanation for it being a pressing issue and nothing else happened since they corrected it and entered Sephora. They have a great sale every 3-4 months and they take Seizzle which lets you pay per 2 weeks even in Canada. My only real complaint is they often change their eyeshadow formula which leads to inconsistencies but even with that I can’t recommend them enough.
I truly love this company that makes me feel valued as a consumer and that makes very beautiful and creative coherent collections.
