I will not use this service again
I will not use this service again. After dropping off my car and following all instructions, including giving the driver £5 for parking, I returned home from my holiday only to find a £100 fine due to the failure to pay for Manchester Airport parking. Despite my attempts to call and send emails, it appears I will be stuck with this fine. I strongly advise against using this service!
Meet and Greet T2 Manchester airport - BEWARE!
Booked into meet and greet which was prepaid. Sat Nav took me through drop off zone by mistake. When we arrived at meet and greet, there was a notice asking if anyone had passed through drop off zone. My name and car registration was taken. I was assured that I did not need to pay for this as it would be sorted out. Have now received a fine! Not the first time we have had problems. Last trip, my husbands car had all settings changed and items stolen from his car.
a poor experience at arrivals
The experience of arriving and parking was good, however when we returned, despite our ticket telling us that there would be clear instructions about how to find our car there was nothing. We searched around and found a notice board which identified the meet and greet desk in the arrivals building. However, this was closed and the shutters down. We then had to queue at Information desk to ask where to go.
When we got to the car we found that it had been damaged on the boot lid - lots of scratches - . we could find no staff, the desk we had already established was closed so we photographed it in situ and submitted a complaint. Meet and Greet will not accept any liability becasue we should apparently have searched harder to find a satff member whilst still on site! Their small print (who acutally reads it all?) apparently gets them out of any responsibility. Will definately not be using this "service" again.
If I could give zero stars I would ! dont book M&G TERM 2.

Terrible from start to end.
Terrible to find with the road works around the airport. The satnav gives the same postcode as the short stay area due to this on returning I have been hit with two APCOA fines totally £200. I spoke with a person as I was checking in to the M&G terminal two and gave them my reg number and they said they would remove the charges - they didnt. It's impossible to speak to someone about this. I have sent a complaint and also tried to call. maybe this will work and someone will call me?
Collected my car after returning from…
Collected my car after returning from my holiday to find the front drivers wing damaged. Reported the damage to the staff on duty who got the manager down to check. The cameras were check prior to parking and proved the damage was caused by themselves. I was given a form and told I would be contacted in 10 working days. I have no reply from them. I have sent a couple of emails which I have no response. A absolute appalling service.
I have used meet and greet multiple…
I have used meet and greet multiple times this year, on occasion I used the wrong lane and ended up in upper airport drop off forecourt.(it was early hours of the morning) And now I have a £60 fine to pay for a mistake, even though I had already prepaid for parking at the airport anyway! How is that fair this is pure profiteering!!!!! The appeal process is a waste of time all online and utterly pointless!
Indifference or incompetence
You insult your customers every day and night when you keep private hire drivers waiting in the queue like livestock. You keep your customers waiting because phd can't get out. There is only one exit and you have 160+ cars somethimes. You insult your your employees, you insult everyone else in the area by blocking the roads because you can't or won't fix this issues that's been going on forever.
Our passenger door was damaged
Our passenger door was damaged, only small, but no one to be found at collection to raise a complaint.
Sent an email when got home, and had no response
Also all settings changed in the car, and a grubby piece of paper with a phone number left in cup holder.
Very disappointing
Meet & Greet Manchester Airport Terminal 1
We have used Meet&Greet manchester airport many times and have always had good service.
On our return on June 25th 2025 the car was in an unacceptable state. The car was marked with what looked like soap splashes all down one side and the back. The inside was disgusting, The floor had large footprints in a white substance, it look like cement and it was all over floor and pedals, also white over the interior of driver door. When I started the car which is electric, the heater was on full blast, the steering wheel heater was on full heat as were the two front seats. This clearly did not help the electric miles we left on the car. I had charged the car before leaving it to 190 miles, enough to get us home. whoever used the car reduced the miles to 92, not enough for us to get home. I did not go back into the office to complain because my husband is nearly 85, has cancer and alzheimer's disease. It leaves him very tired when travelling and as we stay in an hotel nearby he just wanted to go to bed.
We have never experienced anything like this before but it really does let down the Meet & Greet team. We have family in France and visit as often as possible. We will be looking for other options in future.
NOT a meet and greet
A meet and greet is where someone greets you as you arrive in your car, takes it somewhere, and then leaves it in a convenient place on your return.
This is not Meet and Greet T1 at Manchester.
The M&G area is a fair walk from the terminal. All is automated from inputting info into the screen, dropping off keys in weird boxes. The only thing I liked was the locker system to pick up your keys on return.
The car was a LONG way away from the terminal on rocky surfaces and we had a number of bags. So dragging them through the rain for ages over uneven ground to get to our car was not great. Also rubbish signage as the columns of cars are very long and it would be more helpful for them to call out the space numbers.
On picking up our car we feel there are 2 scratches on the doors which weren't there before and have asked for the video before we parked it.
Would NOT use this service again nor recommend.
Had an issue on return
Had an issue on return, 3rd party booked for car to be collected 24hours later. When arrived Johnathan was amazing offered drinks and a friendly face while other staff worked together to bring our car out to us, we were advised could be upto an hour as it was in the storage facility however less than 20minutes went by and we had our car back.
AVOID and use a car park where you keep your keys
Arrived back at 1am after a 4 hour flight and was told my car had gone into limp mode when bringing to the pick up point. They took me to my car to see if we could jump start it as they thought it may be a dead battery. When i got in the car staright away it didnt seem right as all of a sudden i had a full tank of fuel and the milage counter was showing as 0 (i always reset it after filling up to track how many miles i had done and traveling from sheffield to manchester is definitely not 0 miles so had clearing been reset) All they kept asking me was had my car had any previous issue, Almost like they was looking for something to put the blame on. Will be asking for camera proof of the car entering car park and leaving car park as im sure its been used over the course of my holiday to drive around in.
Broke my mirrors
All went fine parking upon return some clown had manually forced my mirrors shut even tho there electric hence breaking them had to force them out to get home 3 emails and 2 telephone calls later and still no reply.
Rude experience
No signage until you get to the entrance. Really rude staff who have no customer service skills. Left feeling worried about my car. Not worth the money it costs to park at meet and greet.
Meet and Greet .
Meet and Greet .. more like wait and hope.. We waited for nearly 1 hour today , after returning and being told that it would be 30 minutes. Definitely not worth the money, unfriendly supervisor and won’t be using them again. They told me that they would be 30 mins and I have my car tracked. Even after 45 mons they said that they were stuck in traffic.. the car hadn’t moved.. Properly disappointed. They only tell you that you have to pay the exit fee when they pick it up after you have paid. Really poor.
Shambles
I had used the meet and greet service when going on holiday, the reason I had used this service was because was travelling with 3 kids, 1 whom has disabilities, due to this reason I wanted our return to be smooth and hassle free. Unfortunately it was quite the opposite, when I got t keys from locker it stated my car was in blue zone lane 6, pushing a trolley with 5 suitcases with 3 kids (1 with disabilities) I went to locate my vehicle, however my vehicle was nowhere to be seen in the location, walking up and down could not locate, wasted about 20 mins here bear in mind his is about 5am now, kids are tired, I am shattered etc. I then used the help phone to call reception and the lady stated its in level A lane 6, not impressed at all. It wouldve been easier for me to park normally and then locate my vehicle exactly where I had parked it. The service did not meet the standards which it shouldve done and which I paid for.
Drop off easy and quick -wish i could…
Drop off easy and quick -wish i could say that about the return - term 2 reception not that easy to find- should be in the terminal not a long way away in the basement of the multi story - car parked in Red 1 car parks employee not that clear on where red 1 was wandereed about the car park looking for Red 1 or my car - eventualy found it parked outside ( it was dark by the way ) on dropping my keys i indicated i held a blue badge - the assistant says thats so it will be parked in a disabled bay on your return - i wasnt and wirh a large car that i have it was difficult to get in it parked between 2 other cars in a normal bay - will not use again - plus they photo your car on arrival for damage no photo on leaving and too dark to inspect properly !!)
You aren't met or greeted, getting out was painful
Firstly, the title of this service is a complete misnomer. Meet & Greet makes it sound like some kind of concierge or valet parking service; it certainly isn’t that. You are neither met or greeted, unless you count the hi vis clad youth waving you toward a parking space when you pull into the car park. You head into the cabin, complete an on-screen form, and deposit your car key receiving a receipt in return. From there it is to be fair only a short walk into the terminal.
Upon your return there is again no human involvement. You scan your receipt, retrieve your key from the indicated drawer, and a tag on the key tells you the parking space your car has been left in. This is where the issues began. My first reaction upon seeing my vehicle was “where on earth have they been keeping it”? I took the car through a car wash on the Thursday before flying on the Saturday morning, so it was pretty clean. I got it back looking as though it had been rolled around a farmyard.
Access was very difficult. There was so little room between my car and its neighbour, that I couldn’t even open my driver’s door halfway. I took my coat off and hung it over the door to protect mine and the neighbour’s paintwork, opened it as far as it would go, and attempted to squeeze in. Impossible. I’m six feet tall and have my seat cranked down to its lowest setting. Whoever parked it was obviously very small, had cranked the seat up to its highest setting and left it there. I had to squeeze back out, turn around 180 degrees, then squeeze back in to access the seat controls to bring it down to an accessible level. Then squeeze back out again, reverse again, and squeeze through to drop into to the seat.
Once I’d turned the climate control down to the usual 18 from the 23 it’d been left on, and turned down the volume on the radio, I was theoretically good to go. If only the problems had ended there. We followed the exit signs painted onto the surface of the car park, only to get stuck in a logjam of other users attempting to carry out three point turns in the narrow lanes. Turns out the exit the signs had sent us to was coned off, as was the second one we tried. The whole area was carnage of vehicles attempting ill-advised three-point turns. We eventually managed to exit through the third exit we tried, more than 25 minutes from locating the car.
I certainly won’t be using this service again, and wouldn’t recommend anyone else trying it either.
Return to parking spot at 1am Sunday…
Return to parking spot at 1am Sunday morning as used meet and greet service. Found car Blue Zone 48 easy enough, but guess what they'd blocked me in, couldnt move forward (fence and kerb) couldnt move back - Landrover defender parked a foot away from my bumper, absoulte rank stupidity of the highest degree. Should anyone care to ask I've got the photo's to show - how can people be so stupid....
T2 M&G
Left my car in perfect condition as my wife is disabled I asked for it to be left in the disabled area when I could not find it a member of staff said it had been left on the side of the road as it had been parked away from the kerb my wife was unable to transfer from her wheelchair so I had to move it I heard a noise.
I asked a member of staff who came with a torch and discovered that it had been driven with a broken spring totally ruining the front tyre
I had to take a taxi home pay to have it recovered and buy a new tyre
A month later I am still waiting a reply from customer services
Avoid this place at all costs disgusting disregard for our safety
