They are a fraudulent firm. Dont get fooled by the one off payment as money will disappear off your credit card every month. Report the firm.

I paid 20 euros for acces to the study material and then 2 days after the payment i paid an extra 300 dollars for a scubscriptions that was nowhere mentioned and when you send emails they don't replay. DON'T BUY IT !!!

This is a scam company who keeps stealing money from your account when you have only authorised one initial small payment. Then they block you when you complain. The only good review is from the owner M 🤬 just read the reviews!

I made 1 purchase of $27 for a lifetime access to virtual documents. 4 days later $297 was deducted from my bank account for exactly the same items. Unbeknown to me, by making the purchase through Paypal, I granted MedSchoolZone acces to my bank account and the could take money at any given time without my permission. This was never specified in the agreement for the 1 purchase. This is a very filthy scamming business. Don't purchase any goods!!
I tried resolving it with the business, but to no avail. Still waiting on Paypal to take further action, but so far it's a very unpleasant waiting game.

P.S.: If you have decent anatomy books, the anatomy guides don't add any value..

They will continue to charge customers without warning. Do not buy this.

I was scammed out of approx £500. Initial payment for download went through and received product but then next day a further £72.72 was taken, the next day another £147.89 was taken, then 2 weeks later a further £224.02 was taken. Also with every transaction I was charged a foreign currency conversion fee. Reported straight to my bank who could see it was fraudulent and refunded me.

Fraud. Will try to empty your account after they get credit card details.

Scam. They sell the product at 80% discount. After you have paid the 20%, they will take at least the rest and say: it's a subscription you orderer (not). Stay away from it!

Do not make the same mistake I did. I purchased a bundle of study notes which initially cost $26. I’m quite satisfied with them, they’re packed with information and useful ways to remember it. However, it’s a complete and total scam. The day after my purchase, I was charged $97. Two days after that, my bank account was empty and they attempted to charge another $97. I did not even notice this until a week later, as the website does not inform you of this ‘subscription’. I checked my account on their website; one purchase of $26, no active subscriptions or other orders. I checked the terms of service. No mention of any subscription service there, either. I emailed the company and received a response within 24 hours, apologising for the unauthorised charge and that my ‘subscription will be cancelled’ (despite never signing up to any in the first place) and that this subscription is stated in the ToS. Furthermore, they stated that it is a monthly subscription, despite the fact I was charged more than once within a 3 day period. I was thankfully told my refund would be processed (someone online in the same situation could not get them to process a refund; but I suspect it’s due to me attaching physical proof of my lack of subscriptions or other orders). However, it has been 2 days and I still have not received my refund. I give them the benefit of doubt that, this is a foreign country, so a refund may take a little longer, but if not, a bank dispute will be final. Please for the love of god do not give this company your bank or card information. They’re sneaky, taking advantage of already broke medicine students who just want to improve their study and information retention. If this happens to you, REPORT IT! They need to be shut down.

As stated before, it's a scam.

I purchased a bundle of medical school notes at a discount. The following day, my credit card was charged USD97 for no reason. On contacting the supplier, they stated this was for a subscription. This is despite the 3rd page of every document stating that no additional fees would apply. There is additionally no mention of a subscription or fee on the website, as claimed by the contact person. I have emailed them 6 times to address this but have had no luck. The last 2 emails have been ignored.
