Pythagoria Ticket Denied for unknown reason

I just bought a boat ticket for Kusadasi to Pythagoria on 09 - 14 September with Meander Travel. Yet they called me when i was about to get in to the bus and said '' Please dont come, your approval is denied '' So i just wanted to learn the reason and they still couldn't answer. I'm not even talking about the money that i lost, it looks like a bad joke because i still dont know why DID I GOT REJECTED ?

Mr. Kose,
When you apply for a gate visa, you sign a document accepting that you may be accepted or rejected and you accept in advance the decision of the Samos passport police regarding your application.

To obtain a gate visa you will of course need a hotel reservation and a ferry ticket. As soon as we receive the documents from you, our company will send them to the passport police office in Samos.

In this process, the police will check your documents just one day before your arrival and notify our representative in Samos of acceptance or rejection, but this notification will not give any excuse. It is at their discretion to write this result down and send it to you.

As mentioned above, the day before you traveled, the Samos passport police rejected your application and we notified you immediately. In our telephone conversations with you, we stated that we requested a document from the Samos passport police regarding your rejection, that we have not received any document yet, and that we will send it to you as soon as we receive it.

Although it is entirely at the discretion of the Samos police whether to send the document or not, we have requested it from them for you and presented it to you.

However, we could not make sense of you putting a company that fully meets your requests in a different position with your comment.

Used Meander’s ferry service from…

Used Meander’s ferry service from Kusadasi to Pythagoria in Samos and a total shambles.
Do not understand why after booking and paying for your seats you are required to attend their offices an hour or more before the ferry departure time to exchange your booking receipt for boarding passes. You then need to queue to go through passport control to then queue again for boarding.
Because of all of the queues the ferry was late leaving by an hour.
If you arrive at Pythagoria after another ferry you will be forced to stay on yours like we were until the previous ferry passengers have cleared passport control. In all it took nearly 5 hours from start the journey to actually get into Pythagoria.
On the return the air conditioning had broken in the main cabin area, there was no notification of this from the crew and the only resolution was for them to open a couple of small doors, totally unacceptable in 40+ temperatures. On return to Kusadasi again met with an hour+ queue to get through passport control.
Would definitely not recommend this company, a shambles of a trip from start to finish.

The requirement to attend our offices an hour or more before the ferry departure to exchange your booking receipt for boarding passes is a standard procedure implemented to ensure a smooth boarding process. This is designed to allow ample time for all passengers to complete necessary steps, including passport control, which is mandated by local authorities.

The queues for passport control and boarding are indeed managed by local authorities, and not by Meander Travel. We understand that waiting times can be frustrating, but these are beyond our control. The delays you experienced, including the wait to disembark after another ferry, are also due to the processing times required by local customs and immigration officials.

Regarding the air conditioning issue on your return journey, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced. The crew did their best to mitigate the situation by opening doors, but we understand this was not sufficient given the high temperatures. We are currently reviewing our protocols to improve communication and response to such situations in the future.

We regret that your trip did not meet your expectations and will use your feedback to strive for better service. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
