Really liked at the start but since changing the ordering system there is no way to one off skip an item, you have to remove it completely, and you can't even immediately add it back with a new start date as it'll cancel the removal, and vice versa for a one off order ie if you want extra when family are visiting. I'd email the company directly to draw their attention to this but they've removed any option for email contact with the site updates as well so in the end I'll get frustrated enough to just cancel unless they return the easy editing options.

Nice fresh milk good service

Had 1 delivery and the delivery guy didn't shut my front gate and left the bottles on plain view for the whole street to see. So 2 bottles got stolen as they didn't have the common sense to put them behind a bin or somewhere less obvious.
Second, I callled to just get my money back for the missing items and they couldn't so would only "put an extra 2 on the next delivery" which weren't needed as I didn't feel comfortable using them again (never had an issue with other milk delivery services.
Next I couldn't log into to the site/my account for the whole week I was with them.
Their chocolate milk tasted so sweet like it was just injected with syrup and the strawberry milk tasted very mediocre. So wouldn't be keen on trying anything else from them.
Lastly the ONLY way to cancel is to call all tell them, which obviously they tried to guilt into having another delivery etc. Makes one feel rather uncomfortable.

After a reasonably reliable service for just under two years, we decided to switch to a different, more local and affordable milk delivery service. I have been trying to cancel my subscription with McQueens for 10 days without success. I have called multiple times and only managed to get through to someone once who promised the cancellation team would get back to me with half an hour - no one ever did. I also emailed six days ago, no response. I eventually cancelled my direct debit and they emailed me asking me to pay an outstanding payment but didn't address my request to cancel! This has really soured a pretty decent experience with McQueens, just utterly appalling customer service and starting to feel like a scam.

I am so pleased I opened the door to the young man from Mcqueen's Dairies. I grew up in a household with a milkman and bread man and it's lovely to go back in time. The service is great, reliable and our milk is left in the early hours ready for my morning coffee. Highly recommended.

Perfect, perfect

I’ve tried twice now to cancel my subscription with McQueen’s by phone. I’ve been on hold twice today for over 30mins with no reply. The excuse given by the recorded response on the phone line “busy enquiry line’?? No indication of where you are in the queue, or if there is actually anyone monitoring the line at all! There is no process online to cancel (which must be illegal), so the non-answering phone line is the ONLY option. Abysmal customer service!

Unfortunately, my Mother passed away this weekend and so I tried to cancel her deliveries completely.

I tried to ring a number of times, since they force customers to ring to cancel, but have been met with the usual message starting "Your custom is very important to us ...." for 30 mins +. Obviously, customers are anything but important to them.

McQueens Dairies representatives came to our door offering a 'free trial' of their milk.The next day we informed them that we were not interested in placing the orders.Despite this, they began asking to pay for the trial product, even though we did not consume the product. Since then, we have been repeatedly pressured for payment, which feels unfair and misleading. This experience has left us feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with their business practices.

I always try to beat McQueens Diary to be out of the door with the dog for a morning walk. Several times I left at 5.45am and the milk was already there. The delivery is really ready for your breakfast cereals or coffee/tea. No stress of considering whether to make it to the corner shop for a pint of milk...

Moving house so phoned to cancel on 31st March, paid on 9th April by DD, now wanting to change another 2.62 after I cancelled. Customer service is a disgrace, took 40 minutes to speak to someone. After getting deliveries for months with no issues they started to deliver to the wrong address. They Left my gate open during a storm causing it to be ripped off

Deliveries on time. Notes if something is unavailable or damaged. Quick refunds if necessary. Good communication via email or phone, if preferred.
Good choice of products. Online options to change or cancel orders are a real bonus.

This company introduced a new portal but that new portal has stopped working. So there's no way to reach them to cancel or update order instead by calling. Now, trying to call and after 20 minutes I had to admit defeat. Beforehand, I was happy with their service and product. Now, I just want out.

Appalling company to deal with, customer support is non existent. Impossible to reach anyone via the telephone, I have spent 4.5 hours on hold in total this week and still no answer!!!
missed deliveries, no way to respond or query and now forced to ask my bank to become involved to stop transactions.

I now have no other options except to write a letter and send it by pigeon mail to head office to cancel my account.

Sorry to be writing this however my complaint seems to chime with a couple of other negative comments found here. It is impossible to het in touch with this company. I wanted to pause my order for a holiday and couldn’t because there genuinely does not seem to be anyone on the phones. I have recently tried to cancel as we are moving, and once again I have been on hold for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes across two different calls. Yesterday’s call was cut off as I was on hold up until they closed at 1700. I am writing this as I am currently on hold at the third attempt. It’s currently been 32 minutes.

THIS COMPANY HAS MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM TO AMMEND MY ORDER AND NOW TO CANCEL IT. BUYER BEWARE BEFORE YOU GET ILLEGALLY TRAPPED INTO A CONTRACT YOU 'CAN SUPPOSEDLY CANCEL AT ANY TIME". YEAH RIGHT.

First delivery was missed. They did sort it. Getting in touch is a massive pain. When clicking 'get in touch' No live chat option, no email, just a number that takes ages to get through.
