The guys came on time and did the job in a timely and efficient manner

The Team worked well and efficiently to undertake the task, and we good and pleasant to deal with! They came with the equipment ready to go, unlike many other trades we have used in the past. This is my second time dealing with them and would use them again.

Great communication, professional work, always reliable.

The electrician was very professional and experienced. He was clear in what work was being conducted and the price was quoted upfront before the work began. The work to disconnect an old alarm system was efficient and wires were securely positioned for the electrical power point. A new light was also securely added. Overall the work was excellent.

Came ontime. Very knowledgeable.
Very helpful i would refer to everyone.

Very responsive, reliable and did a great job.

These guys aren't cheap, but you get the quality you pay for. Their work is skilled, . They are always on time , and always well mannered. The office and booking process is efficient and well mannered too. They will always be my sparkys of choice

The two young men who came to do the job were well presented, neat, clean, polite, were on time, didn't leave a mess. I am very happy with the work, a little on the expensive side, but then you get what you pay for. Totally satisfied. Will always to go McIntosh Electrical. Thank you

We have used McIntosh Electrical several times over the past few years and we have been happy with their work. Recently, we asked them to upgrade our power board. After completing this work, we noticed that the air conditioner and home battery were not working. We rang and they sent someone out to look at the problem but were unable to fix them. We engaged our own service providers, at our own expense, to fix the problems. Both providers confirmed the errors were due to the power board upgrade. We informed McIntosh Electrical the cause of the errors and the expense we incurred. After an initial holding email, we have had no response to our follow up emails and no reimbursement for the additional expense we incurred. We are very disappointed.

Seamless process of getting a quote and the work being completed by a good, honest and reliable company.

Have used McIntosh Electrical several times now. Always prompt and reliable service. Pleasure to work with.

Professional and very efficient.

The most friendly and knowledgable experts ever! Just an absolute pleasure to deal with! Quick, responsive service with a proactive can-do attitude and nothing is an issue! They really think outside the box and give you totally professional advice. We wouldn't use anyone now - and we found them on Google!

Great service and delivery. I always use these guys as they are honest, reliable and professional.

Great service from the first call until the job was completed! Price was much fairer than other electrician companies who were mostly interested in the call out fee!

Shout out to Jenny who listened carefully to my needs on the call, and responded in a highly professional manner confirming a solution at a fair price.

The team who worked on the job were also highly efficient and friendly.

Overall, a great customer experience! Best news is I now have my preferred provider for electrical issues going forward.

Excellent professional service. We had an ongoing problem with pool equipment tripping the safety switch. Electricians sent from the pool company failed to identify the cause twice - even though they said it was fixed, it wasn’t. The young tradie from Macintosh identified the source of the problem and fixed it.
