Arrived at 5am on Saturday morning, there must have been 20+ cars queuing in front of me causing traffic chaos on the main road. Fortunately I had given plenty of time to arrive at the airport but certainly didn’t expect a 30 minute queue at mccauslands. Shambolic and stressful, sort it out!

Have used McCauslands several times this year. So efficient and staff are friendly and helpful.

Left the car only 3 and a half days in perfect condition to find many mechanicals problems with it...I coudn't even drive home with it.

Blaming that "women don't check on things", "love this things happen" when I recently had the MOT....Pretty misoginistic comments.

I SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED ALL THE BAD REVIEWS.

CHOOSE A CAR PARK WHERE YOU PARK THE CAR AND YOU TAKE THE KEY WITH YOU.

Why would they remove my dashcam cable?

Surely to counter claim any alleged damage etc then your in car security would help settle any issues.

Just returned from my 3 day trip with work to discover my dashcam cable was removed. Went back on the footage and you can clearly see the guy get into the car, then the view changes to the sky and suddenly the dashcam stops recording.

I’ve seen it in their T’s & C’s only now that I’ve looked. They say they do this for the security of their car park. Makes no sense to me and seems very sus!!

I’ve booked again for Aug at the sumely cost of almost £90. Needless to say o am about to cancel and book next door, couldn’t care less if it costs twice as much at this stage!

We only used McCausland because cosmo was fully booked. Rude counter staff, talking about people on the radios for all to hear...never again

Drop off/take to airport (wheelchair passenger) great.
Return: Person answering telephone was a bit surly. Gentleman who brought car to us very helpful & polite.
Issues? Scratch in offside wing not there before leaving it with you (I had given the car a hose down that morning) & keys were handed to me minus the key ring (A Suzuki 'S'within a circle).

Left my car for a few days last year. My car was moved around the carpark about 10 times, and not slow at times. While being moved the driver bumped into another car they didn't tell me ,very disappointed been using them for years. I have everything on dash cam. Rang manager and then sent emails and footage. The end

Parked my car here for two days and recieved it back with damage to the wing... Contacted them to report it and there response was they hold no liability to any car when i leaves their park... I asked them to check their cctv to see how it was caused and again they jus repeated they hold no liability... Collected my car in the pitch dark who would feel the need to check the vechicle when its mean to be in a secure car park with cctv will never use this car park again

Absolutely diabolical, how hard can it be to run a professional parking facility?
This company seems to lurch along from bad to worse.
As they are so fond of telling upset customers "you use this facility at your own risk"

Second year in a row the service is shocking. Queue of cars spilling into the road causing traffic issues. We are now late for arrival at the airport. Horrible stressful start to our holiday. Still waiting. Never will we park with this company again. Avoid.

I have been using McCauslands for over 30 years this past weekend, my car was left on Thursday afternoon, pick up was Saturday evening.
We had to wait 30 minutes before pick up with 10 others it was raining and cold. Minibus did eventually arrive( yes we had tried to ring as did the others) a
took us to McCauslands carpark, I went in collected my key told bay 105 it really was pouring with rain and pitch black, poor lighting in that area anyway. Got into car and drove straight home. Heading to church Sunday morning and discovered damage to car on drivers side. Contacted McCauslands was told to contact Hans by email with photographic evidence. Which I did, told it would be investigated.
2 days later email from Hans “McCausland’s policy is before you leave you should inspect your car and come to office if you have a complaint. He writes “ “I acknowledge that the unexpected damage to your car has added frustration I would like to draw your attention to our terms and conditions specially Section 10.5 which outlines the requirement to customers to conduct an inspection before leaving the carpark.
Regrettably as the damage was not brought to our attention prior to you leaving site, we find ourselves unable to accept liability for any associated costs”
In 30 years we have never had a reason to do so as they quote on their website “your car is parked safely and held in our secure carpark with no access to the public”
My new car went on Thursday afternoon to McCauslands with no damage. The only place it could have been damaged was at McCauslands. Who checks a car in the pouring rain and pitch black outside.
When for over 30 years we have not had any problems.
Very disappointed would definitely NOT recommend parking any vehicle at McCauslands Aldergrove Airport

I am so impressed with McCauslands! On my journey to the International airport I experienced an issue with my wiper. I highlighted this to the two gents that checked my car in. Honestly I was so relieved and delighted when I collected my car the next evening and the wiper issue was resolved. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart ❤ amazing service and lovely staff.

I noticed my trip mileage was 66.7 miles and I had only done 38 miles plus the dash cam was disconnected.
Has someone been driving my car whilst in their care?

Another good experience parking with McCauslands.
Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and thought they might have charged us extra for the extra time.
But no mention of it
Looking forward to our next holiday and will be parking at McCauslands

Wouldn’t even give them a 1. No bus at 2am and then so rude when we told them the number didn’t work. Phil Lynas could do with some customer support training after the way he spoke to all the customers telling him the phone didn’t work. Even an older woman.

Have used McCauslands for years and always recommend them to friends and family , however after our recent experience won’t be using them again .

On arrival, the lady who took our car was lovely abd so friendly. However coming back story wasn’t so positive.Our flight had been cancelled then we were rebooked into much later flight. I emailed McCauslands to let them know , my husband also rang and spoke to a staff member explaining we would be arriving later than the initial time we had said.

Eventually arrived into Airport at midnight. Made our way to designated pick up point where we waited , and waited and waited. Meantime two Cosmo and two Park and Fly had been and gone Tried ringing number we were given ,no response. it was getting colder and we were exhausted. Eventually along with other passengers we decided to walk, in the dark pulling cases.

To be fair the employees were surprised and didn’t seem to know anyone was due to arrive at that time but it wasn’t the fault of the customer that the flight was delayed and how come their competitors all knew ?

It was very disappointing to be honest.The Cosmo driver was amazing and we will definitely be using this company based on this staff member in future .

Not a good experience after reading the reviews ditto for us looks like the guy on the front desk has an issue with people and for him to front your business I suggest you won’t have one soon with this attitude. We will Never use McCausland again.

Parked our car here for 2 weeks while away in Spain and would def recommend it x booked car in and straight on bus to airport and same when picking up x picked up from airport and straight over got keys and out to car xx definitely recommend x
