Shop around by all means but you’ll struggle to get a better and more competitive service
I’ve used MB Motors for at least 10 years now, always been very impressed with Mike and his team, I do shop around and monitor prices and MB Motors are always there or there abouts, but their knowledge and expertise are always spot on, the new garage is second to none. I would always recommend them. 👍

We ask the garage to fit a driving…job not finished
We ask the garage to fit a driving camera, it was returned with the rear camera hanging from the roof with no explanation why the job had not been finished. Just another reason why we don’t go back.

Following your visit, we contacted you by both email and telephone to discuss your concerns, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. During our inspection, we found that the adhesive pad supplied with your own dash camera had failed, preventing the rear camera from remaining securely attached. As this was a customer-supplied component rather than one supplied by MB MOTORS, we nevertheless offered to refit and secure the camera free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
Our offer to resolve the matter remains open, and we would be happy to complete the installation if you wish to contact us. Customer satisfaction is always our priority.
Superb Customer Service
What a great garage, after being messed about and then let down by Kwik Fit Rugeley I managed to get my MOT booked in at MB. What a difference! No waiting for 10 mins for somebody to come to reception, there were two people in reception who were uber professional and really pleasant and helpful. I got a message when my car was done, under an hour from drop off, and a full feedback report and pics. Cannot recommend highly enough and will be saying them moving forward.

I was concerned about a rattling noise…
I was concerned about a rattling noise coming from my car, I went into reception with the hope that they could investigate it as we were going away in a couple of days, they were fantastic, offered to take a look at it and discovered the problem, thankfully they fixed it that day. Reception team were very supportive and helpful throughout, excellent customer service. Highly recommend MB Motors.

Best independent garage you'll find
Had just had my car serviced when next day, (totally unrelated) the starter motor died completely.
MB came out next morning, transported it back to the workshop,replaced the starter motor and had it back on my drive by 10.30 am.
Couldn't ask for better service than that!!
