Flawless service
I can’t speak highly enough about MB Brent Park. Over the years they have done a fantastic job at servicing and maintaining my G63, all the way through to handling its recent sale. Haydar and the team are on the end of the phone no matter what time of day it is. It’s rare to find such a well run, client focussed business.

Absolutely shocking experience avoid !!!!
Absolutely shocking experience. They sold me a car that is not roadworthy – it can cut out at any time while driving, which is extremely dangerous, especially as I have a child. I was told the issue had been fixed, but it clearly wasn’t. This car is nothing short of a death trap.
They were very quick to take my money, but now that I’ve raised concerns, they are making everything difficult. No courtesy car has been provided and I’m just expected to sit and wait, even though I rely on my car for work.
I am extremely unhappy and feel completely let down. Please avoid this company at all costs – they do not care about customer safety or service. They just want your MONEY !!!

Thank you for your review, Cullam. We’re sorry to hear how you feel and we understand how concerning it would be to experience anything unexpected while driving, especially with a child.
To clarify the facts, you reported this concern around 7 months after purchase. Despite the time elapsed, we were still happy to assist and booked the vehicle in. We carried out a full diagnostic inspection and found no faults recorded. You then took the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz for a further assessment, and they also found no faults. You also confirmed to us that the vehicle has not cut out again since.
Given that no faults have been identified by either ourselves or Mercedes-Benz, we are limited in what we can repair or replace without any evidence of an underlying issue. That said, we are not dismissing your concerns. If the issue reoccurs, we would encourage you to contact us immediately at the time it happens (and if safe to do so, note any warning lights/messages and the conditions it occurs under), and we will do our best to help you investigate further.
Regarding a courtesy car, we do not offer courtesy vehicles, which is stated as part of our dealership policy.
We remain willing to assist where we reasonably can, and we’d like to resolve this with you as fairly as possible.
