I trust you are keeping well.
We are sorry to hear that your experience with Maxwell Estates was not to your satisfaction. We appreciate your feedback. However, we would like to clarify some misleading information you have stated. All our legal documents are written in standard size font – there is no small print. Our Lettings Agency Agreement only consists of 5 clauses related to the fee section and the full contract is on a single A4 size page as we like to believe in transparency and simplicity.
For you to state that there has been small print terms and conditions is not factual. Our terms and condition were clearly discussed with your Father, who is the owner of the property and we agreed with him in person. Subsequently, he had reviewed our agreement and signed it. We have provided you with an excellent tenant who has always paid the rent on time, complied with the contractual obligations, and kept the property well maintained. As we have negotiated and renewed the tenancies this has resulted in a charge which was made abundantly clear and agreed upon previously.
You have always paid our fees in the previous years, so we fail to understand why you have left us such a bad review. From our point of view, we have carried out the work which you had appointed us to do with your approval. Accordingly, as a service industry, we have completed our part of the transaction so all parties must respect the contracts.

I rented with Maxwell Estates and had very good experience. My agent Amjed and his sons have great customer service that is client centred. They ensured our comfort and safety. It was my first time renting and I can only speak positively. They are honest and trustworthy balancing out the need of both tenants and landlords.
