The product was perfect. Exactly what I was expecting. I don't remember how long it took to ship once design and selection for my enamel pins were finalized. Very pleased with this company, their customer service and timely communication.

Pins were great, they matched my artwork perfectly.
Also the customer service was great at replying my emails in a timely manner.

Start to finish a great experience. Company was super responsive, reached out to point out that another product they offered would produce a better result, at a lower cost, and refunded the difference. The product came out great and I am highly satisfied with the entire experience.

It’s simple I asked they delivered. First sample product was delivered in a timely manner and received great feedback from the roundtable team. We are now making our decision to move forward and place a larger order of pins and perhaps patches.

I was hesitant to order Cooperstown pins from them because they're a fairly new company and some communications seem to be coming from China. But communications with Evan was good and we got our pins well ahead of time. I also received the status of the order and knew when delivery would be here. The pins also look great! My son is excited to do some pin trading. Will use them again in the future.
