The idea for our special company, MaxCleavage.com, was born in year 2000 after I watched a documentary about a 14 year old girl with small breasts saving for breast enlargement surgery. Having considered surgery myself, I knew there had to be an alternative. Although surgery provided a solution, I felt that the risks far outweighed the benefits. And so research began for possible alternatives that were pain free and didn't have any associated risks! There are many problems that breast surgery can present. Breast implants may have to be replaced after 7 years and it can be hard to monitor the health of the breast whilst implants are in place. The cost is several thousands of pounds and there is no guarantee that your body will accept them. The many products we sell offer the same benefits as surgery but without the pain, risks or expense! Silicone enhancers come in many different shapes and sizes and we can help you find the right size and shape for you. They can be worn in the bra almost like an outplant rather than an implant. We also sell gel, liquid, foam and air filled bras that provide a much fuller shape and enhanced cleavage and we deal with many different manufacturers world wide to get the very best products. Women frequently say that they feel incomplete and lacking when they have small breasts and this can deeply affect their self-confidence and body image. Perfect!
Just received my package today. Perfect fit and am so pleased. Will buy again soon- only shipping by Royal Mail a disappointment- Maybe if I could add deliver to side door on front of parcel they may find that hard to ignore! Apart from that I’m very happy.

I am so pleased you loved your order from us. Because we send with a recorded service it does mean parcels have to be signed for which is why unfortunately they can't just be left if you aren't in. This is to ensure your goods get to you safely.
If your postman tries to deliver when you are out they should either take it to your local post office for collection but we can always add a note to the parcel to try a neighbour to sign on your behalf if you would like.

As an early customer I loved MC…
As an early customer I loved MC products. Have a number of bras and bikinis. Over recent years though range and quality have gone down. I have kept most recent purchase but have returned more than I’ve kept which is disappointing. Not sure this is all MCs fault as many of original ranges I liked don’t seem to be available now and customer service has always been good but the whole point is to be able to find readily available good value and good quality underwear and that doesn’t seem to be the case any more

Unfortunately as you have noticed the past few years have seen the disappearance of some of our best selling products and brands that we built our company on, Ultimo, Panache and a few others, so it has been very difficult.
Also I think most business people in retail would say that it has been very tough these past few years for so many reasons, and so many household names have sadly not been able to continue.
However, we are doing our absolute best to keep MAX going and keep providing you with the best products we possibly can, although for a while our product range will be more limited than you are used to, unfortunately you will just have to bear with us!

Prompt customer service and very quick delivery! The bras are beautiful! I had surgery a week ago to remove implants; My new reduced size is not yet exactly known, so I used the sizing chart to help estimate. While searching U.S. markets online for a bra that would restore some shape to my now smaller breasts I came across MaxCleavage, I thought the gel bras were by far the best option. I received (in the US) 3 bras within a week of ordering...they look beautiful!! - worth the shipping fee! I'm still healing and cannot wait to try them on! Thank you!

Wouldn’t wear anything else
I have been wearing these bras for years and can’t imagine wearing anything else. I have small breasts and 8 years ago had my nipple area removed as it was cancerous, so one is smaller than the other - under my clothes this is barely noticeable. Very comfortable to wear and they keep their shape.

Exactly what I hoped it would be
Ok so my new atomic bra arrived in the post today, in a spacious box. Not much weight to it. Beautifully packed inside. Slipped it on straight in from work. It’s comfy does everything I hoped it would. Fiancé noticed straight away!! Now I have the problem of what to order next more of the same and various colours or a different range altogether or even swimwear. . .
