Really great on boarding process
Really great on boarding process. I can tell MAU really cares for each and every person they bring through the door. All my questions were answered and even some questions I didn’t know I needed were answered as well. Caring and loving staff. Look forward to continuing to work towards moving forward with MAU to reach to my next step of being a BMW employee!!

Job description and expectations were…
Job description and expectations were unrealistic for the pay. Michelin at 6ct per tire is 300 tires a hour to make $18 with the highest turnover rate I've ever seen.
Next was Mark Anthony where nobody knew where I was going or doing right up to the day I got to the jobsite. Then the job was so labor intensive that I missed my 2nd day due to fatigue... for $18 a hour.
A liveable wage according to the US census in this state is 18.75
So for what should be the minimum wage I was expected to destroy my body. It's modern day slavery.
Every single job I was offered had twice the work load and half the bodies any human should be expected to handle.
It was not a fair shake.

I couldn't log in to the portal after…
I couldn't log in to the portal after registering. They made it seem like I was entering the user name and password incorrectly. They are very rude in the office. Not helpful at all. They treat people like they are stupid.

Wronged
I went through mau to get a job and went to work as scheduled. The mau supervisor on the job wasn't seen unless it was something bad. One day the supervisor comes to me and says you were late. I had to be at work for 6 30 I clocked in at 6 31 how petty is that. On my way to work I had a blowout called the supervisor to let them know what was going on I'll probably be late. I had to get my car towed to dealership because my car has a lock key on the lug. After waiting for tow truck and fixing the tire was after 2. By this time I'm frustrated by this so I didn't go to work half the shift was gone. I went to work the following day and I was told that was a no call no show. I talked to you in the morning so how is that a no call no show. Have some kind of understanding that wasn't in my control that's petty. After 90 days I was still working the guy started with me got hired on before me even though we started together. Never could figure that out. But I'm still working I get asked to switch my schedule I had no problem with that so I agreed. Left work was off a couple days in those days I was sick couldn't make it to work on the day I was supposed to switch schedules had.This Sunday supervisor off. I go back to work the next scheduled day. I clocked in the supervisor says what you doing here you missed Sunday I explained I was sick then another no call no show and says I have to let you go. Why have me come to work clock in and then don't get paid. Even though I had to leave I should get paid for every minute of my time. I get a phone after I left work and notice I got a text Monday asking me was I ok because I wasn't there Sunday. When you sent that text you could have said I was fired then. But why after I get there now I'm fired. I believe that I was a targeted because other people that had a problem with me even though I never once said anything about no one but work. I am a good worker the one that helped every one was treated the worse.

smooth hiring process
The hiring process is smooth and the orientation is also nice.
I really appreciate the MAU/BOSCH personnel. Everything and everyone is kind there.
Good work conditions, great pay as well.
Just be ponctual, careful with the work instructions and all will be fine for you!

It’s not bad job if you need a job and money. Seems like Kimberly Clark is quicker to hire you through mau then off the street. Other then that it’s good stepping stone (MAU)

The most ghetto place I’ve ever applied…
The most ghetto place I’ve ever applied at. The ladies literally sit up front and gossip and transferred calls to voicemails all day. I went in for a physical which took FOUR hours only for them to not even call back. A month after the physical I called and asked if there was an update on the position since I see job postings online. The lady’s only response was “I call when I need you” so I asked how long the average wait time was & again her response was a dry “I’ll call when I need you” These people clearly have no regard for you or your time. I see why the turnover rate is sky high! Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere.
