Covered shoes when came into the house. Came within time slot.

There was a great choice of products in store and Andrew, the salesman, was very helpful. We found what we needed very easily and it was delivered quickly within the specified time slot. Karl and Gary, the delivery drivers, called ahead to let me know they were coming. They were very efficient. Looking forward to a good night’s sleep.

Great experience from start to finish at the March store Andrew was very knowledgable and friendly that certainly knows his products. Hassle free shop and not pushy I would highly recommend, also the delivery driver Karl was super friendly and polite and delivered our new mattress with great care would definitely use this company again

Harvey Malon the driver was very helpful lifting a rather large box containing a mattress packaging cover into our hall . We are exchanging our mattress for a different type of mattress under the 30 day sleep trial which has been very helpful . So tomorrow the current mattress will be collected and the new one delivered . A very good process .

I’m glad someone’s happy as the customer service I have received is absolutely appalling, places order 24/8, confirmation email received, 25/8 email stating item had been dispatched and would be delivered by 3rd, wasted most of my spare time waiting for a delivery that wasn’t even happening as when I called up I was told there had been a glitch with order and it had no been received by Jaybe, I have had no proper explanation as they can’t give me one and basically 2 weeks down the line I’ve still got no bed, just had a call to tell me I need to wait another 5-7 days for my money back, absolutely disgusting customer service 😡

Waiting for an order placed in February. Fobbed off with one excuse after another. First order cancelled without telling us then placed a special order. Was told that would arrive in 2 weeks then fibbed off with excuse about a stock take at the supplier and another delay and this evening checked website on my order and it says cancelled. We have not had any contact from them just found out by checking the order tracking. Where is our £2000!??!!

We where sold a mattress and when it turned up it was different to the one we purchased.
Now two months have passed and we still haven’t resolved this and have been told we have to pay a extra £115 for the mattress we ordered which means we will have ended up paying £50 more than they are selling it online.
This is a joke of a company with no customer service and when they make a mistake you will end up paying for it.
Avoid at all cost.

We purchased a mattress in April 2020, delivery was really good but that is all that is. After 3 weeks we noticed that at each side where you lay dipped showing a bump in the middle. I telephoned the company who informed me that we couldn’t do anything until we had had it 3months. I telephoned back after this time to be told someone would contact me. After 8 weeks numerous calls and finally saying that I was contacting trading standards I got a call back. I was told someone would call me to arrange a home visit to see if the mattress was faulty.
A gentleman came did his assessment, he told me that the dip in each side wasn’t enough to be faulty.
We are now left with a mattress that is unfit for purpose. The customer service was absolutely terrible.

Ordered and paid for bed on 9th Nov. Delivery promised for 12th. It. Failed to arrive and they said the bed sold was not in stock and asked us to reorder a different bed (which cost £100 more). New delivery date given was 'on or before 14th Nov. It did not arrive and no explanation was given. Contacted their services dept but unable to get a reply. Then contacted sales who said 'hold on while I find out what the problem is - was just left holding on. Following day contacted them again. He said 'leave it with me and I will call you back asap'.-he didn't. Now on 17th we are still bedless and MM have not even bothered to give an explanation. Not impressed with MM and will shop elsewhere in future.
