Great, despite bad reviews.
When I received my order I only received 1/4 of it. When I read the reviews, I was afraid that I was going to be scammed. I contacted them and they said it had to be shipped separately. Having my doubts I received the rest of my order the next day.
So despite the reviews I've had a very pleasant experience with them and great customer service.
Terrible customer service
I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping which took nearly 2 weeks to finally arrive. A few days before it’s arrival I contacted the customer service to get a refund or cancel the order and never received a response. Nonexistent customer service and I wish I read the reviews before I purchased.
Terrible Company policies and transparency
My name is Aidan Kaye and I placed a large order, including one massage table that I found out had a soft bottom, which is uncommon in massage tables. I needed a high quality massage table, and this wasn't it, so I returned it. I had to hunt down the customer service representatives because they wouldn't respond to emails. After all of that, I wanted to know when to expect a refund and how to be reimbursed for the $181 shipping costs. After emails not being responded to (again), I called them only to find out the shipping is on me. They explained that "we don't discuss our return policies unless people ask us". I'm furious! You would think that they would say at the few points during the return process that you're responsible for shipping.

Actual garbage company
Actual garbage company. I've been an LMT for 5 years and basically never use them because colleagues have expressed poor experiences. I decided to give them a try and never will again. There is no way to cancel an order or make changes unless you CALL them. I e-mailed them immediately after placing an order because I wanted to add a promo code but I could not so I instead re-ordered the items and applied the promo code and asked them to cancel the initial order. They did not, they responded days later saying "oops its already processed. dont cancel by e-mail because it takes us too long to respond, call us instead." Then I get the deliveries and half the order is missing. Turns out the missing half isn't going to ship for another month, which is not something they made evident on their site when ordering. And when I go to try to initiate a return, there is no obvious place to do so on the site. So again I have e-mailed them and they are taking their dear sweet time to respond.
Will continue to order
No issues with my order or customer service. I do find it easier to contact and communicate with them via the chat option versus the customer service phone number.
My only complaint is the processing time is very slow, it can take almost a week for an order to ship depending on what you're ordering. Also the "check my order status" isn't always up today. I received my product and the website still showed the order as processing.
CS Department - "Watch out"
CS did not know if I could refuse receiving an order from the driver. She said she would check on that and get back to me. Never heard from her. I have to pay shipping to get the order they could not stop and RETURN SHIPPING. I have shopped with the company since they opened. Have no care or concern for doing there a customer a solid and the super could care less if I never shop there again. Too bad - I have always had issues with them anyway.
Lost a customer
I get there are shipping and staffing delays right now, but my last experience trying to order was so bad I'll never order from MassageWarehouse again. I placed an order 15 days ago and reached out several times over the last week asking for an est shipping date and got no replies. When I call I get put on hold immediately... I wait 20 minutes and then give up. I've sent several emails to 2 different (valid) email addresses. Two of these emails were to cancel the order because I had to use another vendor as I couldn't continue to wait indefinitely. I need the product to run my business (or at least an update so I can plan accordingly!). This AM I got a notification it shipped. I also have been blasted with spam from them, despite unsubscribing. Never using this vendor again.
Poor return policy
I ordered shoe wedges from this company. The delivery was a little long.
The product was not what I expected. The company representative could not make an exchange for an item that was closer to my needs. They do not make exchanges.
I have to return my order, at my expense, to receive a refund.
I will not do business with this company again.
Massage couch
I have bought both of my massage couches through Massage Warehouse. The quality of the items are excellent! This family run company are easy to get in contact with and they will help with any problems. I would not use another company
Missing package, waiting for resolution...
I have ordered from them multiple times over the years. Was supposed to receive a package 1 cbd massage oil, 1 cbd lotion stick, and 1 small bottle of massage gel. I did not receive it when it was supposed to arrive. It was a holiday weekend so I figured maybe things were delayed. Started a chat online and was told to call a service number, called the number and I wish I knew the woman’s name but she was short and not apologetic at all, it seemed like she was confused that I was upset at all. Like oh what’s the problem? You only spent $110 to not receive your items and then have to wait 7-10 days while we file a report and then maybe we can find some resolution. Not happy at all with the experience. I do hope it can get sorted out.
They have good prices overall and I purchased this during a sale to save even more but depending on how this experience goes I may just try to find mother massage supply company who has good prices.

Very untrustworthy company
Very untrustworthy company. The customer service agents will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you off of the phone so they don't have to deal with your order issues. I ordered a bed December 31st, 2020 which was supposed to arrive January 8-12th. I got no notice that it was backordered until the end of January. When they finally get around to shipping the bed, they delivered it to the completely wrong address. Fast forward almost two months later, they still have my $400 and I do not have a massage bed. Their best resolution for me was to wait an additional two months in order for this bed to be restocked. Not even an apology for the horrible inconvenience. The entire company needs a revamp.

This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I ordered a table from them Dec 30th. Supposed to arrive, Jan 13th. Almost a month later, & still no table! I had to call & get an update on it, and they said it's the manufacturers fault. I asked what they are doing to keep their customers happy since this is ridiculous amount of delay, and she basically said I could change my order or I could cancel. Neither are an option for me, so it's basically tough stuff. So delayed order, no update on telling me when I would get the chance to receive the item, and does nothing to keep their customers coming back. And I won't be back!

Make sure you leave at least 2 weeks for a shipment. It took them 5 days and a phone call to even process the order. I had to order from amazon to hold me over until my shipment came. amazon was next day!
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. The pictures they show of their products may or may not be a true representation of what you will get and their customer service is horrible. They refuse to accept responsibility for or care about fixing issues related to those misrepresentations.
Poor Service
I decided not to use Amazon to order gift for my wife since we share the same account. I made a fairly large order to Massage Warehouse back in Nov 16 and I only received half the items....They told me my items would be delivered sometime in January. I called there customer service manager "Don" only to be hung up on. Luckily I was able to buy the items from Amazon and got them in two days. Not surprising to see the low score for this company.

My first purchase was in 2003. Items on ebay or Amazon are cheaper, but I continually supported their business. SCREW THEM! I had a very expensive massage table. The handles detached after 28 sessions. They refused to exchange. I was sent a set of handles. Nothing more would be done after a faulty table only one month old. Recently I bought the wrong cream. I understand that it couldn't be returned. I asked for a store credit. Anything. During COVID my income had disappear. Ordering the wrong cream was a very expensive mistake. I won't use them again. I quit after 17 years. I decided to stop using them.
