Massage Warehouse supplied the equipment I needed for posturing after a vitrectomy. Everything supplied was in absolutely excellent condition and it arrived exactly on time. MW also followed up at the end of the period to arrange return. Not only that, but between times they were in touch to ask how I was after surgery. The people at Massage Warehouse genuinely care and couldn't do enough to help. I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending MW - a small business that delivers big-style.

What an amazing company. I originally purchased my massage couch over 7 years ago and it's still going strong. The rubber feet however have worn out and I contacted the customer service team to see if they had any replacements for me. I had a very quick response and nothing was too much trouble. Even though my original purchase was years ago, they couldn't do enough to help me out. My replacement feet are in the post and I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I have received. I bought my massage couch a few years ago and remembered this company’s name because the service was exceptional. The couch is extra thick and has served me very well so far. It still looks like new actually. I’ve since ordered accessories such as fitted sheets, and have been impressed with the speedy delivery and the choice as I can colour match the accessories to the couch colour which is blue. This company does an excellent job and offers great value for money for top quality equipment.

The customer service has been brilliant. I had damaged the handles on my well loved but otherwise immaculate couch and they speedily sourced me some new ones. Delighted.

I've had two massage tables off this company I can't fault there correspondences when emailing them, delivery is quick too. I am so please I found the porta delta ll it's a amazing looking bed it's very practical as I'm mobile in my job so lightweight bed os needed, all client always state that the head cradle is the most comfortable they have ever led on.
It's easy to put up & down I couldn't recommend the bed & company more as I won't shop anywhere else

I totally recommend using Massage Warehouse, Sean and Chris were so helpful in my search for a massage table that required certain specifications. They clearly have a great knowledge base. They were also extremely helpful in finding a resolution for a tricky delivery to a rural location with poor access too…and very speedy. I’m very happy with my Affinity Diva Prima electric bed, heated oil warmer and massage table warmer.

I hired equipment following eye surgery to enable me to posture comfortably for 5 days .
The service was excellent . As I have difficulty with my sight a lot of the ordering ect was done over the phone . Such kind, helpful staff who went out of their way to make it as easy as possible . The equipment was well maintained , clean and well packed . Very good instructions on how to use . Made 5 days head down much more bearable and comfortable and I am sure aided me in my recovery.The message asking how I was getting on after surgery was such a supportive gesture and greatly appreciated . The cost to hire the equipment was very competitive .
The collection service was equally as smooth .

The website gave in depth information regarding the benefits of all the massage couches for sale, therefore I was able to choose the, 'right', couch for me. I was emailed and given the option to cancel or change my order when the conflict in the middle east caused a hold up with delivery. I chose to wait and I'm pleased that I did, the couch is superb. I ordered a massage bed on 2nd of September, I wanted the teal one (one of my brand colours) that had a note that it was out of stock & would be out for delivery from the 30th September. I then proceeded to sell my current massage bed with other bits of equipment that I was replacing. 2nd of October came and I still hadn’t heard anything about my order, no email, NOTHING! I look on the website to see that the same bed is now saying out of stock until the 18th of October… I then call to be told sorry I’ve been missed off the email communication but there is a big delay a big shipment that delays back to June. Now thinking about it if it was that delayed why would they continue to let customers purchase out of stock items if they are months behind & cannot provide basic communication. As I have not been able to provide treatments to my clients for over a month now I had to take full time hours in my customer service job. I called up last Monday (14th) to see when I would be receiving my order to be told the shipment will be here this week and I would receive an update and tracking information on the 18th which is today. No communication again, I would avoid buying anything out of stock from this company as they clearly cannot deliver what they say, so disappointed as I’ve told my clients that I could book them in next week but will now have to let them down or purchase another bed but I’m struggling to find the same style and colour😢.

I had been in touch with customers services on several occasions in regards of spare parts and i always got great reply, on time and very friendly and not "uptight" but really colleague to colleague response and always sort out all my queries.
