My massage bed is the wooden dream bed it is high quality and sturdy. I love the accessories and handy storage shelf underneath. I have baskets to store my massage equipment underneath. The mattress itself is very plush and bouncy. My clients always comment how comfortable it is. A great investment.

Very impressed with the quality of the couches.
I have had my couch quite a few years now and it's still in really good condition.
The couch is light so that I can carry it easily but that hasn't compromised on the comfort and clients always comment on that.

Excellent customer service and went beyond normal to ensure delivery arrived before my operation.

I had wonderful customer service from every person I spoke to or emailed at Massage Warehouse UK. I rented equipment for use after an eye operation, when I was likely to have to lie face down for a few days.

My initial contact with customer service was very positive; informative and reassuring. This greatly reduced the stress of a difficult medical situation. The equipment came on time, was appropriately packaged and extremely clean on arrival.

I made arrangements for the equipment to be picked up at my respite home and that was efficiently done, too. A friendly, efficient, first class service with great products. I have already recommended the Massage Warehouse to a friend and will continue to do so to others in similar circumstances. Well done to all the Massage Warehouse staff involved. I know that your customers do not all have medical equipment needs,

Having been recommended this website, I ordered a massage table and accessories which came very quickly. Unfortunately the table was a bit too heavy and awkward for me, so called for advice.
Chris was very friendly and informative and helped me pick a different table which was promptly delivered the next day, and helped me arrange the return of the first table I'd ordered.
All in all, a very easy customer journey for me. Would recommend Massage Warehouse to anyone wanting to purchase massage equipment and speaking to them first about the best options for you.

I've bought a massage table and a massage chair from this company plus other sundries, as a student, and they've always been great to deal with, quality is great, and the prices are very fair indeed. Customer service us quick to help and respond if you have any queries, so I'll continue using this company now I've graduated and work professionally in massage.

Not the greatest experience tbh.

Tried to buy some massage table stabilisers and was not in when delivered.

There was no notification to this affect but I was still charged for the items through klarna.

Whilst when I contacted the organisation they where happy to give me a refund, they where unable to give me the item that I needed until July.

I then requested a refund but was still charged by klarna for delivery as this was not reimbursed by massage warehouse.

Overall a bad experience from start to finish and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Needed the equipment at short notice. Great people to deal with, equipment arrived promptly. Made a stressful situation a lot better. Had to do face down for 3 days and this equipment made it so much more comfortable. Would recommend this company.

We have discovered that Massage Warehouse is a fantastic resource for therapists, offering everything you could possibly need in one convenient location. One of our purchase of an electric couch has proven to be invaluable, benefiting both therapist and clients alike. While we did encounter some minor difficulties due to manufacturing issues, they were promptly resolved with efficiency. Despite being a small business, they are dedicated to supporting therapists across the country to the best of their ability.

My infinity bed is over 10 years old and needed new legs !! Thanks to the perseverance of the team and photos too and fro I have the wonder ergonomic bed back in action. (So much lighter as a mobile therapist) Thank you for taking the time and getting them to me so promptly A********** service Highly recommend

I emailed Massage warehouse with regards, to a safety pin I had lost for my Portalite advantage table. I asked for the size of it, they kindly offered to send out a free replacement even thou it was myself who had lost it. My Portalite advantage table is still going strong after 2 years for my mobile massage business. Would recommend the Portalite brand and Massage warehouse as a business to use. They replied to my emails in a quick and professional manner

I bought my Body Pro Active couch in 2021. This couch is great and light. Last night one of the small cables snapped. I sent an email at 9 pm. Received a reply next day to which I had to send photos. They are going to send me a new one. Brilliant service, prompt reply and going to sort the problem for me.Thank you Chris.

I rented a day chair and a sleep support cushion package from Massage Warehouse to help a family member with posturing, following macular hole surgery. To be honest we weren't sure how we'd cope during the posturing period since keeping one's face down for 5 days is a very difficult thing to do. The equipment we ordered was a HUGE help, making it a more manageable, comfortable and safe experience. The equipment was in good condition, delivery and collection of the equipment was convenient and stress-free, and the customer service was professional, caring and responsive. When choosing a supplier, it was between them and another company - I'm glad we went with Massage Warehouse for the reasons outlined and because it's been a pleasure to deal with a company that cares about its service and customers. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to Chris and the team! (and best wishes to anyone reading this with post-operative recovery ahead of them!)

I bought my Portalite couch from Massage Warehouse a number of years ago and they offered great service and advise. I still love this counch. I am now trying to source some replacement components and my current correspondence with Chris has been both prompt and helpful. It is nice to deal with a company that treats you like a valued customer rather than just an order number. I would recommend this company any day for products and personl service..

Good quality beds and accessories. I have bought all my beds here for 2 clinics that I run as well the accessories (the couch covers are great quality too!)
Very comfy and sturdy beds, worth the extra cost.

This company have been really helpful both on the phone and via email, helping me choose the right table for me. I wanted the lightest table possible so I choose the Delta Lite ll 28" table. Once it arrived, I loved the table but realised that I needed the 30" table and so had to go with slightly heavier. Massage Warehouse were so helpful, they made the return/exchange so easy and they allowed me to drive over and simply do a swap at the warehouse. Brilliant service and good quality table.
