Too young to have it happen to me

I’ve been a MASA member since 2018. I am 43 years old and never thought I’d have to use it. But since I volunteer with the National Ski Patrol and K9 Search and Rescue I knew there was always a chance, a risk, that it might happen to me. In September of 2024 I ended up very ill in a hotel room in St. Louis, MO and needed to call 911. I was 3 miles from 3 different hospitals and the ambulance arrived with me at the hospital before even having time to start an IV. I was billed over $3,200 for this short ride and my insurance left me with $2,208 of that bill. One phone call and one follow up email to MASA with my bill and they took care of it. I never had any follow up from the bill, it was just paid.
Thank you MASA for helping ease my mind and make things much easier in a stressful time. I’ll continue as a MASA member for life,

Satisfied MASA member

I'm a MASA member and appreciate the peace of mind that comes from having a membership. Should my kids or family have any accidents, I wouldn't hesitate to call an ambulance knowing that the costs would be covered in full.

Masa Member 3+ Yr - Like the Peace of Mind

I've been a Masa member for over 3 years, I really appreciate the peace of mind knowing that when I need a ground or air ambulance that the cost that my insurance wont cover will be paid by Masa. I also like knowing that when my family and I travel overseas, Masa will pay to help transport us back if we have a medical emergency.

Peace of Mind

This product sell itself. Peace of mind, knowing that if my bride or I need emergency transport, no matter where, no matter when, no matter how, all is covered!

The host was very knowledgeable and…

The host was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had heard about other flight insurances in Texas, so decided to check this out. It gives me peace of mind knowing I won't have to fight with ambulance companies if something should happen to me. Only problem I see is this is th first I have heard from them. No ID card or proof that I actually bought the policy.

Unprofessional when cancelled

Terrible they canceled the presentation and did not contact us then refused to compensate us with our free meal. But when we got to our car the two presenters came out with meals to go. When my husband approached him the manager said f*** you.Tacky rude unprofessional. Will never attend an masa presentation again.

Nick Miller presented MASA’s sales…

Nick Miller presented MASA’s sales pitch at an Italian restaurant. We bought the family plan and we’re promised the grandchildren and great grandchildren would be covered until they’re 26. Got the contract with the membership cards. Low and behold, Grandkids and great grandkids have to be under 14. Never did the guy mention that part. Called him; disconnected. Emailed him; no response.
Went to the Attorney General’s office of consumer protection and filed a report. Per the MASA contract, sent certified, registered, return receipt, etc. etc. notification of our cancellation. Waiting to get our $$ back. Bottom line - DON’T DO IT.

We went to a luncheon presentation…

We went to a luncheon presentation about air and ground ambulance insurance through MASA. We ended up enrolling in the lifetime membership for the family. We think we made a wise investment in the event we ever have to use the services. We know that otherwise we could be taking a huge hit to our finances should we have to pay out of pocket. We reviewed all the benefits once we got the information in the mail and thought we would be foolish to pass them up.

I went to presentation 6/4/25

I went to presentation 6/4/25. David and Britney were giving seminar info! The info was skewed and scattered screens of ALL YOU GET COVERED! Big issues when your pamphlet doesn't have same large screen info. So, I asked for one particular page shown, with multiple color images shows what MASA provides. Ladies behind me also asked. None of got we were asking for, so, I took pictures with my phone. When Britney walked past 3x, zero interactions, it felt EXTREMELY SCAMMERS AND NOT TRUTHFUL! I'm a business broker and sit with big clients and don't feel unsure as the ICKY STRANGE feeling from these 2. I told David I wasn't signing anything without family TRUST ATTORNEY to review first! He then stated, I could sign up and then cancel. When I asked as to what fees would be lost he said, first pymt LOSS!
DON'T fall for FEAR INDUCED PRACTICES...THUS IS DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES PREVAILS...after I said not signing then BOTH ignore completely...so, HARD, LOUD, FEAR INDUCED UNLAWFUL SALES TACTICS. Also, David stated I would not get seminar discounts!!
BUYERS BEWARE!
