I tried to return extensions for a refund because they were not the correct color. They were advertised as ash
brown, but they were more of a dark blonde. When I tried to return them they gave me an address in China that was not correct according to the US post office, and they never gave me an RMA number despite contacting them at least 10 times. They kept offering me 10% refund to use the hair, but the hair is way too light and of no use to me. The packaging stated that the extensions could be returned to an address in California so I did that, and I still do not have a refund weeks later.

Please I beg you do not waste your money here. I ordered hair from this company over two weeks ago for my sisters wedding for me and the brides extensions.Before I ordered I contacted their customer service to make sure the hair will be here on time as this hair is for the brides hair and I really don’t want to add to any stress of not having the hair on time and I was assured yes 100% it will be on time. The hair arrived 5 days later. I contacted their customer service before it arrived and my sisters wedding passed to let them know I will no longer need the hair because what I needed it for the wedding and the wedding has passed, it was a huge disaster! I was told to email customer service to ask for return address. You are suppose to ask for a return address the address is not provided on the site… I have been emailing customer service for the past two and a half weeks and everytime they send me a message back they will ask over and over for me to keep the hair and they will offer me a 5% discount to keep the hair… It has been 6 emails back and forth and all emails asking me to keep the hair when I clearly ask for the address and demand that the next email should be with the address but they have refused to send me the address to send back their products… I have spent $600 on this hair and I have no use for it, plus their customer service stinks at this point and I would never even consider keeping or shopping on their site again… I am still awaiting the shipping address to this day, they have refused to answer any more of my emails and I do not know what to do. Please save yourself the heartache L, there are better ligitimate honest companies out there you can buy hair from and they will honour their return policies and respect their customers. STAY AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY

I am so so so annoyed iv ordered hair extensions two separate ones cost me €280 and was expecting fast delivery I ordered 1st June as I needed them by 6th June it's now 12th June and still dont have them iv had no help or support with customers services I sent emails after emails with tracking number more than 4 times and still noting I contacted FedEx and they told me they haven't shipped them yet 😢 so upsetting when ur paying a lot off money when I could just went to wholesalers beside my area and bought them i hope for price that I have paid that the quality is brilliant if not I will be returning immediately I'm fuming that I'm still waiting for them I will post every day till they arrive I will also definitely not recommend this company for service or prices as u can get beautiful set with two day shipping in easli locks .. update still waiting for hair extentions 17/6/22 FedEx said be here 20/6/22 19 days waiting for extension and just received message off FedEx that they want €12.50 for shipping fees iv paid €280 for two sets extentions with free fast shipping .. markethairplace a scam false advertising and doesn't care for there customers I will be advising any friends family and anyone I can on social media to not buy from this company absolute disgrace

Their customer service is terrible. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I’ve been certified in numerous extension methods. I’m always trying new extension brands. I went out on a limb with this company and completely regret it. I bought $224 worth of hair. When I received it, the bottom half of the hair was practically nonexistent (it won’t let me attach a photo on this review, otherwise I would). I’ve been in contact with the company for four months now trying to get them to tell me the return address to send them back for a refund. They either don’t respond and I have to send another email, or when they do respond they always come back saying “if you don't return, I will help you apply for 6% of the item amount as compensation”. 6% of $224 is less than $13. I would obviously want my full $224 back. I’ve stated this numerous times and if they do respond, it’s just to ask if I’d like 8% or 10% instead. They’ve been MIA for over a month now. Avoid the headache and save your money. Do not buy.

Generally speaking the hair is good quality and arrives on time, but sometimes it’s completely off.
There is no phone number to call or text someone and they take forever to respond via email.

This has been the WORST experience and I will NEVER order from this company again! I will also make sure none of my friends or family ever do! I received hair that was too thin for mine, and I have been trying to return it now (I have two packages unused) and they keep trying to offer me 5% of my refund to keep it. I have declined three times and now they are just ignoring me. I want a refund and an address to send these packages back to and they aren’t helping. For a company with a “guarantee” this is a funny way of showing it. Maybe they “guarantee” to ignore you long enough to where you give up on getting a refund? Who knows. Super frustrated and unhappy. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered the extensions on 2-3 days delivery, to then get an email once ordered telling me they didn’t have my item in stock and would I be happy to change to 28inch instead which I agreed. Haven’t arrived on time and had to change my hair appointment twice. Shocking customer service and haven’t even given back the money for the items being changed. Once I’d spoken to them they said ‘can you wait a little longer’ not really when I paid £16 extra for delivery.

I ordered extensions with the quick shipping option of 2 days and paid $25 for this. The items arrived 2 weeks later. Not impressed at all with the service I paid for and no one in customer service was helpful. Even though they advertise quick shipping it is not. I am sending the items straight back as they were for a client who needed them urgently.
