After buying for several years, the batch I received was very tangled and had a ton of split ends. My hair looked awful. I contacted customer service and after a few messages back and forth and providing photos, I was completely ignored. I have yet to receive a refund or replacement and think this company is a little scammy in its practices. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

I have been getting my hair for about 20+ years now really like the quality of hair. I get the Nano curly.

I was impressed with the quality of the hair extensions—they look natural and feel soft. The order process was easy, shipping was quick, and the customer service was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Quality of the hair is very good and doesn’t tangle , delivered on time very happy .

I’m so upset again with your product. I just got installed 100 pieces to add to my already existing extensions and they have all fallen out within a week. Continuously, I receive faulty product, or wrong coloured hair etc
I am out hundreds of dollars again due to bad product and I’m appalled

Im still down 82 euros as hair i ordered never arrived!!!! Customer service keeps promising to get back to me as they don't have enough information to deal with the problem. Its been over a month and no solution on sight.

I wish I could rate it with less than one star. I came to a conclusion that those positives reviews are fake.

I ordered an an extension from them and paid for an express delivery. After tracking my order I found out that the supplier chose a standard delivery and I wish it was the only issue.

After 2 weeks I received an email that I had to pay customs fees to get my order which I did and finally 3 days later I received the worst product I ever got in my life

The hair has nothing to do with what they are marketing. It came all tangled dried and has nothing curly. And it is bleached it is all falling from clips. They literally use something to change the shape to pretend it is curly and it is not definitely not natural human hair.

I contacted their customer service 30 minutes after receiving my order and they keep ignoring my emails.

PLEASE , PLEASE AVOID THEY ARE SCAMERS

I have been ordering the 22” Microloop Extensions from Market Hair for around 5/6 years - my hair colour changed twice within that time line, & without knowing my colour I was able to send a photo in and have someone at customer service advise a colour match!
The colour match is perfect and the hair itself is easy to work with, wash & style — if you take care of the hair it can last a couple of years!

Be careful when ordering. Nano flex and nano loop are two different things. The brown is much lighter and the individual strands are very light and not even to the ends. Straggly.

I tried to send them back and it was going to cost me over $100 in shipping, restock, processing and all their other hidden fees. It took months to get a promise of $28 back 🤦🏻‍♀️ and I still haven’t seen that refund. They wasted so much time “negotiating “ the PayPal refund/dispute window closed. So now I have to go through my credit card to dispute the charge that way. But it’s been a complete headache.

Do not deal with this company.

Do NOT waste your money on this company. They sent me very wet and yellow extensions. I paid to have the extensions customized to white (no yellow). Besides that the hair was all wet and smelly….they were an awful gold color not white. They tell me to bleach them myself. You cannot bleach processed extensions, they will turn to straw. I am determined to get my $400 back. They are not not complying with their return policy and are very unethical. Stay away from them!!!

After receiving a reply just now. They say they will lighten the hair when I send it back to them. As having a great knowledge of extensions, you CANNOT bleach this processed hair. You can color it but not bleach already processed hair….it will dry right out. I will accept a refund of $300. The amount in difference from original price makes up for what I would have to spend on returning the hair. I await your response. By the way….the picture you sent to me showing the hair color is white blonde, that’s why I chose it. The hair was yellow when it arrived. And….there was no conversation that you wouldnt refund customized hair. The tag showed #60 platinum blonde which is not a customized number. It is the color of a regular hair order.

I'm still waiting for my extensions to be delivered. Very frustrated about this situation.

Very happy with the product and timing of order. I just need it packaged in my own packaging and I try communicating that to you but don’t always get it sent in my packaging. How can I make sure that when I order hair that you package it correctly?

Worst customer service on the planet. I had ordered 2 wigs that I loved in the past, they were fantastic hair and style, but then somebody changed the style of the wig and it wasn't the same at all. I hated the next one I got, same design I ordered. They sent me black instead of dark brown to start with, but the wig definitely wasn't the same. Nowhere near as nice. You can't tell what you're gonna get because they only give you 2 pictures and those pictures are not at all close to what the wig looks like, they're just random pictures, so ordering anything is really just pot luck what you end up with. The Customer Service trying to get it sorted out was a sham, and caused me alot of stress. The hair is good quality, but like I said, its a stab in the dark what you get, and then you have to pay to send it back. Last return cost me $75.00 CAD just to send it back, out of my own pocket. The customer service is shocking, one person will tell you one thing, the other person says the opposite. The stress it caused me was not worth ordering from them again. Also, they had promised to send them within 2 days, but I didn't get them for 2 weeks, well after the deadline I needed them for. I honestly would not waste my time and all the stress they caused me.

I have dealt with markethairextensions for years and have always received great quality hair and good customer service. The delivery has gotten faster than in years prior and whenever I had a question someone reached out soon.

When I ordered my hair it said 2 days I made plans to get my hair done but now it will take 2 weeks, very disappointed 😢

I was shocked, I’ve been ordering from this company for 4 years and was always happy with the quality of hair and quick delivery. The last two orders have been AWFUL quality wise - lots of split and broken ends and the last order has synthetic hair blended into it as it started melting when I ran my normal hair straightener through it! Not to mention I ordered 22” hair and was sold 20” advertised at 22”. Extremely disappointed. Never ordering from here again.
