Am writing another review to commend all the staff that i interacted with, during the whole mortgage process.
Team working is well done, excellent communication and professionalism
The staff are wonderful, Lucy was always up and doing, getting us informed and involved. Leisley did a good job, keeping update and I will also appreciate the broker Mathew, he is good, ready to assist. To mention but few, you all are Star!!!!.Even got a big package of gift.

It took a while to move due to unforeseen circumstances on our part but Lesley Alexander and the team from Manningstainton were brilliant.

Manning Stainton were fantastic at helping us sell our house! Thank you to Lesley and Lucy in particular. They understood our need to move quickly and got it on the market within a couple of days of us first contacting them. When our first buyers pulled out they took the time to contact all previously interested prospective buyers to let them know it was back on the market again so we were able to repair the chain quickly. My only negative comment is it was difficult to get in contact with anyone at the branch during a week or two in the summer holidays as they were understaffed due to leave. It took a day or two to get in contact with the right person at times but it didn’t hold things up too much.

I would highly recommend using this Estate Agents, and would like to send my thanks to Lesley Alexander for her professionalism with assisting us through the process.

Our experience with manning Stainton was great, we couldn’t fault the team there at all.
The only issue we had was with their recommended solicitors, Levi’s. So maybe do research for your own.
This however does not take away the great job that manning Stainton did and how efficient they were.

Leslie at estate agent was very polite and kept me informed of everything from beginning to final completion what a superb team they have nothing is too much trouble I would recommend this estate agent looking to buy a property in the future to speak to any member of their team 5star not enough they should have a 10 star rating what an excellant service

In our dealings with the staff at Manning Staintons, initially Nikki and then Leslie Alexander, we found that they were always helpful and willing to take the time to explain how the process was progressing. This was particularly so in our sale where the buyer had issues with finance which delayed matters. As we had not experienced this before it was good that Lesley kept us well informed and was able to give us reassurance, based upon her experience, that the sale was progress and that we would not have to start the whole process again.

Lesley was an absolute superstar, going above and beyond to help us secure our first home, and dealing with some very challenging solicitors. Thank you so much!

A great experience. Lots of communications during house sale. Pushed the process along quicker than would otherwise have happened. Wouldn't use anybody else in Leeds.

It was a long process for us to move house but the staff were diligent in chasing and providing updates from solicitors. They were always friendly when speaking to them and gave good advice!

They were fabulous from start to finish. Extremely polite and helpful and always there for advise.

The team at Manning Stainton Wortley were faultless from start to finish. From booking our initial viewings of properties and getting us registered on their system, right through to collecting the keys on completion day, they made the process of buying our dream home as simple as possible, when it was anything but!
We fully appreciated being referred to a mortgage advisor and conveyancers. We took advantage of both and were equally impressed with their great service.
