Alana is always on hand to help with any Issues and responds very quickly to my emails. Any issues we have had, she has dealt with them swiftly and efficiently.

My property is being managed by Manning since the time I bought. They are a very professional organisation. Luke is an excellent property manager. Always prompt and accessible. It is a pleasure working with him and I am very pleased with the service provided. I would highly recommend Luke and Manning.

Luke from Manningstainton Estate agents has been managing my rental for some time now. He is efficient at doing this and gets back to me very quickly if I have any questions or concerns. I am very pleased with his service.

This is the second time I’ve rented from Manning Stainton, this time in Morley, Leeds, and have found them the best landlords ever in my 20 odd years of renting. Alana Bates handled my latest property where I was at about 2 years or so and was always excellent at promptly returning any messages, addressing any concerns and I always found her and the team so friendly and helpful.

I am a current letting my property and use Manning Stainton as my letting agents.

I live in Portugal, and because I am very hard of hearing I cannot use the phone too well so most contact is via email. When it is necessary to use the telephone my parnter sits beside me and does the listening on my behalf.

On a whole Manning Stainton have been good in making the letting process easy for me. I feel assured that my property will be kept up to date with required regulations, regular checks and updates.

In the past, where there have been minor problems and I've asked for further details, unfortunately no further information was forth coming from Manning Stainton, so I've assumed that things were cleared up without my further input required.

Also, in my experiance, when a different/New Property Manager takes over control of my account I get no introduction email, therefore the first I ever know about a new contact agent is when I receive an email from them for one reason or another.

It would be nice to know who is doing what on my behalf so that I know who I should direct my questions, comments, emails to.

Apart from that everything ticks along nicely, and Manning Stainton keeps me updated as and when necessary.

I believe Alex Richards has taken over control as my Property Manager and all my comments above do not relate to Alex as an individual, but to Manning Stainton as a whole. I'm hoping my comments are taken on board, and that I can get regular updates from Alex.
