I honestly cannot thank Megan enough for all her help, patience and support throughout the purchase of my new home.
Buying a house can be a very stressful experience, especially when there are unexpected delays and complications along the way. Unfortunately, I had a very difficult experience with my solicitor during the process, which made things even more stressful. However, Megan was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always approachable, professional, kind and incredibly supportive.
Whenever I needed an update or had a question, Megan was always there to help. She kept me informed, chased things up when necessary and always made me feel that someone was actually taking care of things. Her communication and professionalism were honestly a breath of fresh air.

The most natural and responsive estate agent I have ever dealt with. From the viewing day to completion day I never once felt frustrated, only ever assured. Everyone was lovely - Chloe, James, Megan and Joanne. Also, the recommendations for solicitors and surveyors were also fantastic- they were very efficient also. Truly appreciated the bag of moving in gifts at the end. Manning Stainton at Morley really break the stereotypes around Estate Agents.

I rented a house with manning stainton being the letting agent and it was all around poor service. There was no management of the building, limited repairs even though I reported everything. They allowed me to live in a house with foul water flooding the basement and leaving it stagnant for over a year and then told me they werent aware of the issue prior to me taking the tenancy. I would NOT recommend this letting agent for your rentals or for your new homes.

Great estate agent with a wealth of experience, I initially listed my property with PB with no viewings and no offers within 3 months, I listed with M&S and received four offers on my property! The team (Andrew, Chloe and Megan) were extremely professional, helpful and easy to contact and were a great support function to navigate all the stress of moving. I would recommend M&S to anyone serious about selling their property.
