I experienced an issue with water logging and a blockage that was affecting my back garden. Katelan was extremely responsive, she took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and acted promptly. She quickly communicated with the landlord and arranged for a contractor to resolve the issue in a very short time.

I really appreciate Katelan’s efficiency, clear communication. Her support made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Holly was really helpful throughout the process and always responded quickly to any questions. She made everything straightforward and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend her as a reliable and efficient estate agent.

The sale progress was slow but I have to recommend your employee Phoebe Penrose ( Move Manager) who kept us interested with her weekly updates on progress. The delays were down to the sellers solicitors. Phoebe kept things moving and we are grateful for her involvement. She did a great job to which we are greatful
