Great service throughout the sale process.
Sarah had excellent local knowledge and gave us a clear plan of how they would sell the house.
Kyle is a superstar! He kept us up to date with all developments and was brilliant at chasing solicitors for us.

It has been a long journey from going up for sale to completion, and not the most enjoyable experience.
Also I did want to mention Lesley Alexander, my Move manager...she kept me informed regularly throughout via email, so not left wondering. On the occasions we have spoken, she was always helpful, polite and informative. Also earlier on in the process, I spoke to Kyle on a few occasions, who was always happy to help...and reassure.

Was very happy with Manning Stainton: the valuation and commission was in line with what other estate agents provided, and I chose them because they seemed to have the most realistic and nuanced selling approach. They were good at keeping me up to date during the marketing/viewing period. Move manager Yvonne was tenacious and organised: I don't think we could have done without her when it came to navigating some difficulties further down the chain! Would definitely use them again.

(NB I didn't use their suggested conveyancer or mortgage broker and I made an onward purchase with a different agent so this is a review of the selling element of the transaction only.)
