The team in the Headingley branch made the sale of my flat quick and easy. They found a buyer quickly and their communications throughout the process have been excellent. Highly recommended! Special shoutouts to Jenny and Evie!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Manning Stainton, Olivia helped us with securing bookings for viewings and guiding us through the offer process (which included best and finals). As first time buyers all our questions (which we had many) were answered promptly with great insight and it’s been a pleasure to use Manning Stainton I’d definitely reccomend their services!

Manning Stainton have been very good and sold our house quickly. Our estate agent Olivia was brilliant, she kept in touch with us and was always available if we rang. We would use them again in the future to sell our house.

Jenny was super helpful, proactive and quick to reply throughout the entire process. Information was always clear, accurate and speedy. Definitely took a lot of stress out of the ordeal that is buying a house!

Thanks to Charlotte Poutney who led the process and experience, as well as crucial overlapping support (Tori, Olivia and Jenny) to ensure communication were seemless. Would recommend using in future.

I used Manning Stainton in Headingley to purchase a house last year and was very happy with their service. Charlotte Poutney was my agent and she was very helpful and easily contactable throughout the process. My purchase had various complications and delays beyond our control but this was significantly helped by Charlotte being persistent with the problems and regaularly updating me. The goody bag when picking up the keys was a lovely little surprise too. Would use Manning Stainton again if/when I move somewhere else!

Charlotte Poutney was brilliant. She kept chasing the move and keeping me informed when even my solicitors weren't doing that. Thank you Charlotte.

We recent purchased our first home and liaised closely with Manning Stainton throughout the whole process, who were representing our sellers. From dealing with them during the initial offer stage, through to us finally exchanging and completing, we found Manning Stainton to be really professional, responsive and helpful. As first time buyers, we didn't have our own agent to help keep everything on track, and so were grateful for regular updates, phone calls and emails from Manning, especially during a periods of less certainty and complication with our chain. I'd like to give particular thanks to Hannah Lund and Charlotte Poutney for all their help and making the process a lot less stressful than it otherwise might have been!

We sold a house through Manning Stainton and cannot recommend them enough.. from marketing to completion the teams were exceptional.
Charlotte provide a personal yet professional approach, keeping us updated on a weekly basis and taking the stress away. Charlotte is an absolute credit to Manning Stainton, thank you

Our experience selling our home with Manning Stainton was great. It was smooth from start to finish. Olivia was particularly brilliant as our sales negotiator. It's one of the most stressful times moving home and she was always so professional and helpful. She rang or emailed when there was a new update and talked us through the next steps. We really appreciated all her help and guidance, she was just amazing to have throughout the process, she clearly has great knowledge and experience - nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you to Olivia and thank you to all at the Manning Stainton Headingley branch.

Amy and Olivia have been supportive and proactive in the sale of a HMO property, which I found myself needing to sell following the death of a family member. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth transaction. I would instruct them again without hesitation.
