Upon viewing a property, we wanted to go back with parents for a 2nd opinion. Jack was very accommodating with his diary and able to fit us in. We then went back with our 2nd set of parents and again Jack was accommodating for our parents to head back to the property. We made an offer on the property and Jack kept us informed of the progress of the offer and chased up the company we were buying from for updates. Jack showed us round the property and was very knowledgeable in relation to the questions we asked him and knew the property inside out. Jack has been a great help to us in our buying process and kept us informed of all developments and has been happy to answer any questions when needed.
