From the first contact I found Manning Stainton so helpful and informative. Dan was very accommodating for fitting in the initial meet and then photograph taking. Julie was always lovely to talk to and with her help I secured an offer. Zaini communicated brilliantly to help keep the sale on track. The team in general were always there to help. Thank you so much to everyone.

Used this company several times over the years always an excellent service.
Dan was great to deal with and all the staff at beeston branch

Had a valuation of my property by Dan Mirfin today. Dan arrived bang on time and was courteous throughout. He gave me all the information I needed and showed me what similar properties had sold for nearby. Looking forward to a successful move with the help of Dan and his team.

Brilliant customer experience from Dan thank you so much

Everyone I spoke to was professional and really helpful at the Beeston office. It wasn’t the easiest of house sale with problems along the way but we got there eventually and special thanks to Zaini

I’ve recentes bought a house through Manning Stainton and I dealt with Ivona Stepanova and Charlotte Poutney.
Ivona was so kind and informative when showing me the property and also very understanding all throughout the process.
Charlotte was my go to person when I had questions and needed to chase answers from solicitors. She was always understanding and efficient with a calming and reassuring tone whenever we talked and always encouraging that things were going to be okay and that I’m not the only this happens to. lol

Dealing with Zaini has been a delight. Simple, straightforward and effective. It's easy to deal with someone who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and always follows through. From start to finish, Zaini made the moving process feel effortless and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and professional move manager. Thank you!!

Julie, Lucy and the rest of the Beeston branch were lovely. Always tried to help and respond. Megan in the move management team was fab. Keeping me updated and being the go between all the buyers and sellers.
Thank you very much

Zaini was amazing. I can't fault her professionalism especially when dealing with ridiculous expectations and demands from our buyers. She mediated perfectly and helpd me feel I wasn't wrong in thinking they were being demanding and difficult. Whilst never once speaking unprofessionally. A very difficult situation handled so well. As with many chains issues arose along the way. She kept the lines of communication open and was quick to reply to emails/return calls. The other people involved Julie and Yvonna were equally as professional. Julie was there every step of the way when our property went up for sale, organising the viewings, reassuring me when "a friend" decided to tag on and view my property with someone who had actually booked a viewing. I wasn't prepared to show my property without an appointment. She reassured me that was my right. Yvonne was there at the end of the phone when Zaini was on holiday. It was so reassuring to have her if I needed her. A shout put to the ladies in the Beeston branch the couple of times I've visited. They've always been professional and friendly. Not forgetting Dan who valued the property and gave us tips on how to present our home to the maximum to ensure a sale (which happened extremely quickly)
I highly recommend Manning Stainton and hope you too are blessed with Zaini as your sales manager.

We had a complicated sale for a variety of reasons. The staff at the Beeston office were professional throughout the process, arranging and attending viewings and keeping us appraised of issues at all stages of the sale.
Would happily use them again.

Over all good experience with, very helpful staff and with good knowledge, no issues at all. I honestly recommend.
Many thanks to all.

Contented know everyone else was dealing with things.

Staff is so helpful and always respond on time

Thank you so much Zani Miraj for all your hard work and being so supportive and understanding at this time during the sale of the house after my husband died. .I wish you all the best in your future. Love Jean Elliott.

Used Manning Staintons to buy all my buy to let houses back in 1998-2003 and now in 2025 using them to sell them.
Superb communication from when the house is sold onwards keeping all parties regularly updated with progress.
Special mention of Zaini Miraj who does a fantastic job of this and Julie Hedley at Beeston who sold them all to me originally.
Thanks again. Simon George

If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend Manning Stainton Beeston. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy!

Recently sold my house after having not moved in over 30 years, Charlotte Poutney was my move manager and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, also being very empathetic when my house sale fell through at one point. There was quite a lot of chasing involved due to other conveyancers and estate agents in the chain but it was reassuring to have Charlotte to help when required. All the other staff in the Beeston branch that I spoke to were friendly too and didn't take long to come back to queries.

Staff quite good keeping us informed but just disappointed about the time it took to finally get a buyer

The team at Manning Stainton Beeston branch have been great in helping us clinch the deal for our new home they were great at keeping us informed and up to date from arranging a swift viewing to liaising between us and the seller to agree the sale! Special thank you and mention to our move manager Zaini Miraj who has been exceptional in getting matters sorted promptly and helping us to complete without a hitch! You are a credit to MS thank you and all the best!

Professional and supportive throughout the sale of my property. Very efficient with communication! Thank you!
