Poor communication for returns
Disaster when it comes to making a return as sizes are small than normal for this item I purchased. Still waiting for response on return, waiting 3 days for an answer so far.

First time ordering from this site read comments people saying at these prices must be a scam well I received my order after 3 days delighted with my trainners cost me less than half price I will be ordering again and would highly recommend and believe me it’s not a scam high quality at less than half the prices

I ordered these in a size up expecting…
I ordered these in a size up expecting extra comfort, but unfortunately they weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. They rubbed the sides and backs of my feet and I wouldn't be able to do long walks or my usual 20,000+ steps in them.
They're fine for shorter distances and walking around town, but not suitable for extended walking in my experience.
One positive was the colour. They were advertised as white, but the actual colour was more of an oat/stone shade, which I preferred and found more versatile than bright white.

Really good service
Really good service, great prices and fast delivery. My only quibble would be relating to returns. The €10.99 charge is very high and makes it not feasible to return any products. I think some more options relating to returning items at a more reasonable cost would be better.
