Prompt, efficient delivery and courteous service. Very good comms all round. Fitter fully explained any issues, risks and solution options and was very knowledgeable. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that fitter left very heavy old fire in living room for owners to remove. Would use again.

First class service and the goods were exactly as promised - this is important when you are travelling a long way to collect.
The builder was happy with the items and they are now fully fitted and installed.
Not a criticism, but we actually went to the wrong shop further along Stockport Road to start with and had some difficulty in finding the shop because the road is so busy.
Exact electronic directions might help - you might be losing some business because of this confusion.

The Manchester Fireplace Company came to the rescue just a few days before Xmas when I needed to replace my gas fire. I had tried several fireplace companies without success before finding these guys who couldn't have been more helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get a new fire delivered to me direct from the manufacturer as they had had their last delivery pre Xmas. Within 24 hours I had received my fire & at a good price too. I would definitely use them again & have no hesitation in recommending them.

Most didn't answer the phone, so it was really nice to be greeted by someone on the other end of the phone who not only knew what they were talking about, but were competitively priced too.

Very good experiences and after buying 1 item returned to purchase 2 further items. Owner very helpful and gave us a bit of discount on 2nd purchase but got his sums wrong and had to revise the amount he offered which was a pity. Would absolutely recommend Manchester fireplaces to others.
