Ordered a putter for delivery but website would only allow collection. I rang the shop to check it was in stock and then placed the order online. Within 20 minutes the shop rang me back to say they'd received the order and offered to ship it to me to save me having to travel from South Yorkshire to the shop in Huddersfield. It arrived the following day! I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could as this was one of the best examples of customer service I've experienced in a Iong time.

I ordered Callaway golf iron covers for a gift for my Dad. When they arrived they didn't fit - I couldn't get the covers on the clubs. I sent them back and paid the return post and asked for the £4.99 postage back for the delivery as they weren't suitable for the golf clubs in the description and they won't give any of the postage back so I am £10.00 out of pocket. Won't be shopping with this company again.

I ordered a new Motocaddy golf bag pm 7/12/2020. I was given a delivery estimate of 3 -5 days. Item was despatched within hours and arrived at my address (with free postage) early 9/12/2020. It was as cheap as I could find and well packed and very much as expected. Have used many on line golf retailers, MGD matches them for price and out does many for service. Will definitely use them again.

Purchased a set of golf clubs on Sunday and arrived Tuesday afternoon. Really good service. Would recommend.
