The Derm It hand sanitiser is the best!

It's super effective, smells great and is not sticky! I take it with me where ever I go!

I got the XOXO Cleansing Brush and the WipeOut Cleansing Cloth recently, and I'm super impressed!

I used the cloth to take my makeup off (did not think it would work with just water, but it did!) and then used the cleansing brush with my normal cleanser, and I have to say my skin looks great!
I've always had very oily skin and I definitely didn't expect these new products to help with that, especially not so fast, but the difference is really noticeable!

I had purchased the SteamAhead & Highbrow shaping pencil. Very pleased with both of my purchases which I used over the weekend.

SteamAhead is very quick and easy to use.

Highbrow shaping pencil is great as it gets rid of the tiniest of hairs! Perfect to shape up your brows at home!

I recently bought the Barefaced 2 and absolutely love it! My face has never felt so soft & smooth. Super easy to set up & use. Shipping was really fast, and came packaged beautifully. Now I'm desperate to try the Wipe-Out and some of their skincare goodies. Such good products at a really good price too!

I received the Barefaced 2, Blend up make up brush, Microfibre cleansing cloths and Wipeout cleansing pads as a Christmas gift. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so impressed I’ve been buying these products for birthday gifts.
The cleansing brush leaves your skin feeling amazing so clean and fresh like you’ve had a professional facial.
The make up brush just makes your foundation look flawless and I love the vibration feels like your getting a mini workout on your face at the same time.
The cleansing cloths and pads are magic, just wet them with water and they remove your make up.. it’s incredible. The instructions are really easy to follow on all the products. I’ve already got my eye on some more products to add to my collection.

Bought my girlfriend the steamer for Valentine's Day and she loves it, had been wanting it for ages. Ordered it direct from the website and arrived quickly. Would order from there again

Reading the below it makes me chuckle that so many people think the same. This company is a right off both products and people. Georgie/a is a useless bint who doesn’t even deserve a job! Barefaced 2 also stopped working after a few months and I’ve literally been in battle with them for over 6 months. I did get all my money back after 1000 emails. Contact the CEO David it’s the only way I got any attention to get stuff done. Have since found a better product in a competitive product !!

My Magnitone stopped working after 6 months and so did my sisters!! I have emailed the company for a replacement but after reading all these bad reviews it is not looking so hopefully.....

Do not buy from this Company. Please beware. I purchased the face massage device, waited 5 weeks for delivery (meanwhile no update from customer services). Device arrived faulty so I paid to return it. It's now been over 2 weeks and there has been no communication from customer services nor response to my emails to chase for a refund. Literally there is no response from them and I am out of pocket. Shocking.

I purchased a product from Magnitone in error and contacted them immediately to ask how to return the goods and process a refund.

I received an order confirmation, swiftly followed by an automated and mistyped response telling me my "customer service query has been resolved" (it hadn't).

Since then and despite several emails I've received nothing. Their Customer Service line only allows you to leave a message 9-11am, Mon-Wed, so no chance of speaking to a real person there, either.

Truly awful service for any company in the 21st Century – avoid at all costs!

I got the vibrating facial cleansing brush summer 2020 and it was originally great . It suddenly stopped working after about 4/5 months . I contacted customer service and they were very good to respond etc and agreed to arrange a replacement . Fast forward a few weeks later and now no response in regards to the replacement , no response to emails / voicemails etc . It’s a shame because I also bought a device for a friend as a Christmas present who I’m sure will also have problems with this company . Such a shame . Won’t be in a rush to purchase their products again.

Had a gift set for birthday last year containing a small cleanser brush and 2 makeup removal cloths. The cloths were great!

The brush however!! It worked for about 2 months without needing a charge, great, then when it did need charging it would only last one use. After another month or so it died completely and would not charge.

My bf, who got me the gift set directly from the website, was annoyed as it was pricey for a bad quality product and the company never responded to his emails. He then disputed it through his bank, as the products bought were faulty, however it was outside of the return period so he did not get a refund.

I wish I had read up on this company, they are quick enough to take your money n send you the product, I sent the product back as I actually got a cleanser from bought for me from another company! Have emailed 7/8 times and it says they will get back to me within 3 days, I heard from Georgia who asked for my Royal Mail tracking number and she has never got back to me!!! £50 down the drain, no refund no communication!!!!

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I received the blend up brush but was not fully charged as promised and would not accept a charge, therefore useless. I have telephoned Customer Services 3 times and left messages to report this. I have emailed Customer Services twice who promise a response in 3 days ... I have heard nothing and it is now 8 days since I reported this. Extremely bad product and even worse customer service!

Everything about this company is really dodgy, I bought a vibrasonic which stopped working within 3 months of using. I contacted (Georgie) Customer Services, and she told me to PHYSICALLY DESTROY the product with a fork in order for them to 'verify that it truly broken' and only once I have done so they will send out a new replacement. I have never done this before but because they insisted, I followed their instructions and broke the product and sent them a photo as instructed. Radio silence afterwards despite chasing numerous times regarding the replacement they had promised.

Avoid at all costs.

So I purchased my first Magnitone brush about 2 years ago from Boots and I used it for about 8 months before the battery stopped charging completely & as I did not have the receipt I was unable to receive any sort of replacement.
I decided a few months later to purchase another one as I was sure the 1st one was just faulty but NO the exact same thing happened again after around 8 months even though it had an updated design - it just would not charge at all!
2nd time I bought it off Lookfantastic so I had proof of purchase online and I was emailing back and fourth with Georgie from customer services and then once I sent her all my details and proof of purchase over she just stopped replying! Worst customer service ever & a rubbish device which only works for 8 months or so!!!

I had hoped for better from Magnitone. Bare face 2 failed to work after 8 weeks of light use and there wasn't a great rush on their behalf to get this sorted. for those who have yet to experience this product; its great while it works, but doesn't work for long. Remember that your purchase is covered under the sale of goods act and don't be fobbed off.

I had bought the hyped 'Blend up Brush' from them, which worked really nice at first, then after a couple of uses the brush head would not stay on. There was some design defect with that brush and I contacted customer service to sort out the matter but having send many emails & videos , they did nothing about it, so I completely lost the money even though I was on warranty , so I definitely never would recommend this company ever !!

I have the magnitone barefaced 2 and it stopped vibrating and thus working properly. I have warranty on it. I got into contact with the magnitone staff various times via email and ticket on their website. They state they try to reply within 48 hrs however I have not received a reply in over a month.

I’m very disappointed. I bought loads of their products and even recommended family and friends to do this but now I will never buy another product again as they do not honour warranty or even bother to get into contact with customers!
