Had a fault with my Magnitone, emailed and sorted with a replacement within four days, Brilliant aftercare

Great website and products! Customer service top notch, had problem sorted immediately!!

Got a quick response from the customer care team and there was no hassle in getting a replacement device on my warranty. few questions about the issue and purchase of the device and a response within hours confirming the shipment of a new device. Very please with the service I received and although only felt with over email, responses were friendly. Extreme happy with the service received!

When I received my Fuzzoff item I found that it was faulty. However when I got in touch with magnitone they quickly and promptly sorted it out by sending me a new one. I have never received such excellent customer service. Thank you

Wonderful service! I received a silicone facial brush for Christmas in a set but it didn’t work. I contacted Magnitone by email and was sent a replacement very quickly. I love the item too - it’s brilliant. Would definitely recommend this item and Lydia should be recognised for her excellent service. Thank you.

I Received a Magnitone Barefaced2 as a Christmas gift but unfortunately it would not work after charging which I was very disappointed about. I did not have the receipt so I emailed Magnitone direct with my issue. They were very quick to respond and extremely helpful, agreeing to replace it.

If their product is as good as their customer service (which the reviews say it is!) then I will be very happy.

I emailed Magnitone as the xoxo micro sonic soft touch silicone cleansing brush that I’d purchased two months ago had stopped working. They replied within an hour and have sent out a replacement. I already realky liked the product as it leaves my face feeling clean, but I’m now also very impressed with the customer service

I contacted customer support due to an issue with my new device. Straight away I was offered a replacement device even without me complaining or requesting a replacement.

My son bought me the blend up sonic makeup brush for Xmas. Unfortunately, it appeared to be faulty straight out of the box. I was able to contact Magnitone easily via their website to explain my issues. I received a notification reply instantly and a reply in person a day or 2 later (bearing in mind this was over the Xmas bank holidays). I needed to give a few other details and once I'd done that I received another email advising they would send me a replacement asap, at no extra cost to me. What happened to me was unlucky but it wouldn't stop me from buying from them again.

i received a cleansing brush this Christmas, it won’t charge at all & constantly unplugs itself which is obviously very disappointing
i had high expectations as all the reviews on their sight for this product seemed incredibly positive, definitely wont recommend!

I haven’t received my order that I placed on 29 November. It’s for my daughters Christmas present 😪. Now I've checked and apparently it was attempted to deliver on 1 December but there wasn't any card left and now when I go to Royal Mail they say there aren't any other delivery options. Please help. Updated review: Order received and some extras put in to compensate. My daughter LOVES the steamer - thank you for resolving the problem so promptly

They were really really helpful and send me a new one.

So far I’m not inpressed . Ordered 26tb Nov with delivery expected 3-5 working days , still not been dispatched and no reply to my email … not looking positive so far .

Update contacted immediately and a solution sorted , when contacted was eventually made it was great 👍

magnitone caused major pain in my teeth during and after trying it. I've since been told you cant used them if you have metal fillings or metal crowns which i have. I've emailed customer services twice now as it should advise this before buying and need to return as i cannot use the product and had no response to either email, however following the reply I messaged them and they dealt with the issue straight away for me apologising and they’ve also now updated their T&Cs to advise about metal fillings and crowns which is very re-assuring
Happy to have completely changed my view about Magnitone

I read some negative reviews before ordering and the responses posted by Magnitone were apologetic & they stated that they were working hard to improve their service. I felt reassured by this & placed two separate orders but realised immediately that I failed to apply a discount code to one of these & attempted to contact Magnitone to cancel it via telephone. However, their telephone service is not active & I was advised to contact them via email instead which I did. On doing so, I received an automated response to say there was a delay with responding to emails & that it could take up to 7 days! (Why it takes so long is beyond me as it's not as if their telephone lines are open). I received a response on the second day informing me that the items had been dispatched & could not therefore now be cancelled. I was fuming! After all, if they had been contactable via telephone or had responded to my email in a timely manner, they would have been in a position to cancel my order as requested! As a result of the substandard service received, I rejected BOTH orders placed & am now awaiting a refund. Even though i had a voucher which I had used on one order which gave me a discount of approximately £60, I have NO regrets & I will NEVER order from them again. I have since ordered the items required from a different company & purchased a different brand completely. The items received are quality items as opposed to the plastic tat Magnitone sell. Also, the customer service received from the seller I ordered from has been second to none, so in hindsight, it was no big loss regarding the orders I placed with Magnitone!! They could seriously do with improving their customer service. They don't deserve any custom! They are very unprofessional & deserve to go bankrupt.
