Admittedly I was wary of using magic trips as Id never heard of them. 100% will use again to get the best deal, brilliant customer service from the agents I spoke to and it was Juliet who got us the holiday, thank you!!

Amazing service! John Pradeep searched numerous holidays to help us find the perfect one for us. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, he was very patient. Even after booking he kept in touch with a few phone calls to keep me updated on certain rooms that we needed. Would definitely use Magic Trips again

I have just booked my first holiday with MagicTrips with Austin and had the best experience. The communications between us were very prompt on his end. Lots of information was given by him and he was extremely helpful. I will definitely be using Austin again for my next trip. Prices were very good and little added extras thrown in were definitely an added bonus!

Paul Ahmed sorted out our Christmas holiday to Milan. He was extremely helpful, ensuring we were well informed of everything. When the airline cancelled our flights, he contacted us immediately to sort out new flights. Paul made the whole experience very easy and I will definitely be booking other holidays with him.

I booked a short break to Milan for December 2026, which I booked through Magic Trips. The service was excellent so thank you Jacqui. However, today I received an email to say flights had been cancelled by Easy Jet I contacted Magic Holidays and spoke to Paul Ahmed who was brilliant. Although I had to change the Airport Paul took the time to sort out everything to minimise disruption, so my friend and I could still go on our trip. The level of Custer Service is excellent. So thank you Paul for sorting everything out.

Be very careful of this company. I am now having to go down the advice route as I was missold my balcony room, I now have no balcony. Their calls are recorded but only when in their favour. I have also been advised this isn't a reputable company, they have changed over from another name. Please be careful, they are so nice to start with.

Although we have this years holiday sorted we thought we would plan ahead and get sorted for summer 2027.

​I cannot praise Magic Trips enough, and specifically Morgan who went completely above and beyond to secure our group holiday.

​We were booking a complex holiday for a group of couples to celebrate my partner's milestone birthday in July. Despite it being incredibly late at night, Morgan worked well past midnight to personally ensure our booking was handled flawlessly.

Their communication was immaculate, and they worked tirelessly to secure us the perfect room types—including a beautiful pool view room for the birthday boy, while keeping the rest of our party perfectly accommodated.

​The dedication, patience, and sheer professionalism shown by Morgan late into the night was unlike any customer service I have experienced before. They took all the stress out of organizing a large group booking and made sure we got exactly what we needed.
