I looked at a lot of companies when I wanted to buy some linen bedding and decided on Magic Linen because I really liked the story of their company and how they employ local women who make their products in-house in Lithuania instead of being mass produced in a factory. I have made several orders and have been very happy with everything - their products are beautifully made with thoughtful details and the linen is a wonderful texture that is the perfect combination of soft but sturdy which is great for long lasting sheets and towels. The duvet cover that I purchased from ML still looks and feels great after a year of use. Beyond the quality of their products, they are just a great company in general - very efficient and genuine customer service that shows that they really care about their customers. I feel like all of these aspects make them an excellent company to support!

Customer service was outstanding. I exchanged for the wrong size and then had to make changes to my delivery address due to travels. Kornelija helped me throughout the process, informing me of status and ensuring I got what I needed. She was so helpful and friendly. Plus the comforter cover is just beautiful and excellent quality. I decided to take a chance with my initial purchase of a Queen size duvet cover, that I decided to get 2 additional ones within minutes of watching their video of the production and care their seamstress showed in the creation of these beautiful linen duvets. Okay, maybe I was slightly feeling whimsical and I needed to believe that this company would not disappoint me; I've not had a great deal of luck in finding something in the stores or Amazon and was extremely hesitant about any company that was so far away from the western part of Canada where I live. Magic Linen was more than gracious in their correspondence with me and before too long the production process began and I was wondering how long it would take. It wasn't more than five days later; with a tracking number provided, that I received my first duvet; having been already in stock and it was stunning! I mean seriously! It was simply beautiful work that the seamstress did on this duvet cover and I immediately washed it so I could sleep with it that very night. Oh my god did I sleep well. I cannot believe that I could have missed out on having this in my life because I didn't take that leap of faith. The other 2 are on there way across the globe 🌎 and will be here in a few days and I can't wait to show them off to my family. Please never hesitate with this company; they are fabulous beyond words and the quality of their Linen is simply magical...
