MMA has been extremely helpful from the very beginning. They are easy to work with and I highly recommend them. They’ve taken away the stress of credit card debt. They handle everything. Sheldon and Alicia are wonderful.

I was not happy not being told that I could possible have court appearances that ended up so far being 4 already and I have even settled the accounts yet.

I thought all my credits will be deal at the same time. Very expensive fee once a credit is settled. Mailing fee also very expensive.

I am half way through the program with Madison and Monroe and everything has been going exactly as they explained it would!! The phone calls stopped and my creditors are being taken care of. They provide a great site where I can see all of the transactions that occur. I would highly recommend them and Alicia!! Thank You!

It just has been hard to understand all the fees and then I get 1099 that I have to file as Income which I knew nothing about.

I have been with this company for now 15 months now. So when I talk to the agent he said we can get you out of debt in 16 to 18 months. I understand there is a process but in the 15 months I have only have to settlements. There’s times when I could have use my payment for other important problems. But I committed to these months. And in 3 months I’ll see where I stand.

Only issue is when abritratlor didn't contact me in a timely manner on.a legal document.

Still waiting for confirmations of settlement on some of my accounts.
