Brilliant service
Ordered a clarkes tent garage and got a discount code from there website for an extra £50 off the quality is fantastic and keeps my car very dry it's with getting a few straps to hold it down during winter storms and get the pegs aswell but value for money it's brilliant and does a great job the service from machine mart is brilliant and it was delivered in a few days with tracking updates all the time

Second barrel fire for me
Second barrel fire for me, Bit of a faff to dismantle and grind off the nub that stops the draw being fully closed but it's a 30 minute job. Quick delivery with zero damage, will probably buy again in another 3 years.

I hadn’t purchased from Machine Mart prior to this petrol grass strimmer buy, but overall thought that the process was efficient, the product price very competitive and, when called upon, customer service was excellent.

If I could give 0 stars, I would do it. We ordered a product and paid for next day delivery. We kept receiving everyday confirmation for the following day delivery. As we were waiting for the machine to arrive, after 3 days we called Customer Service and they were extremely rude and unprofessional, saying basically that regardless of the delivery window they give you, that is only an estimate and referred me to their terms of conditions, which said the delivery can take up to 30 days. Luckily, Fedex are more professional and helped us out!!! AVOID MACHINE MART LIKE PLAGUE!
UPDATE: Fedex helped us out and we were able to collect our delivery from them! I maintain my opinion about Machine Mart, your customer service is absolutely disgraceful, unhelpful and your website misleading! AVOID AT ALL COST!
